G-one tried to move lying at his place. Ra-one slowly sits up. His damages healed as he rested his right hand on his right knee and looked at G-one.
Ra-one: G-one, G-one, G-one, you are trying so hard. Yet, nothing's coming off of it. There is not even a single scratch on me.
G-one: (Injured, looks at Ra-one)
Ra-one: (Gets up and starts walking opposite to G-one)
G-one Slowly gets up. As his vision clears up, the scene before him surprises him. A few high tension cables ran across the floor into a human sized box.
Ra-one: (Approaching the box) I will admit. You are good. Very good indeed. I did not expect you to overwhelm me even after the power up I received.
G-one swayed as he stood up. He felt a figure behind. He turned his head back quickly to see Moon, sitting peacefully on a chair looking straight ahead without blinking.
Ra-one: (Stands before the box, looks back at G-one) That's your fiancee. I couldn't believe it when I read her mind. I mean, a robot having a wife, isn't that astonishing?
G-one: (Looks at Ra-one)
Ra-one: (Turns towards the box) I always wondered how you came to possess a human body since the train station face off. When I saw you that day, I was assured after meeting you, that my vision was not impossible. I could possess a human body. Cause if you can, then why can't I? I sped up my experiments. But the failures, what was the count again, yes, 631, hmm, I still couldn't make out what I was lacking. I tried, tried and kept trying. Yet, the understanding of the cause escaped me every damn time. Then that guy appeared, what he called himself, a God, was he? I don't know what a God is, but I can tell he was beyond human, even beyond me, he was…beyond. The power up that he gave me, this magic, I know now, this is what I was lacking. Magic has a nice ring to the ears, doesn't it G-one? Well, I was almost done with the merging, but looks like my HART is needed to wipe you out before you could harm my progress anymore. That girl over there is a gift for that beyond, for all the magic he gave me. He wouldn't be very happy (bends and pulls out his HART from something in the box)...
G-one: (Heart beats! Felt a pressure on himself)
Ra-one: (Puts HART back in his chest) He wouldn't be very happy if he didn't get what he asked of me.
As Ra-one put the HART in its place, his red aura shot out horizontally in every direction blinding G-one. G-one looked back to see if Moon was ok. He turns towards Ra-one, and sees him walking out of the light, then another one walks out, then another one, another one, like that seven clones of Ra-one stood before G-one.
Ra-one: Sorry, if you are waiting for two more of me, but it looks like you have already dealt with them. But don't worry, eight of me will give you enough entertainment before you disintegrate.
G-one stood there looking at them when one of them dug a knee in G-one's guts out of nowhere with a shock wave. G-one coughs in pain and stumbles back when another one appears behind him and launches him away into the air with a kick. Another one teleports ahead of him and slams the flying G-one into the ground with locked fists followed by a shock wave.
Ra-one: (stomps on G-one's head, leans on his knee) Look how the roles have changed G-one. Don't you look pathetic down there? Should we ease your end?
G-one grabs his leg and rolls around with him and stands holding his ankle and kicks on joints and rips his leg apart. But the ripped leg disappears from G-one's hand and regenerates instantly for Ra-one. A clone throws a side kick, G-one grabs it with his left arm. Another clone comes from the right with a punch to his face, G-one grabs the punch, but another clone comes from the front and launches him away. Every hit from the clones had so much power that it pushed the air around on contact. G-one falls on the ground but bounces up and stands tripping back a few steps and then falls on his butt.
Ra-one: What happened G-one? You did not expect level three to be like this. Is this too much? Well, sorry to say this is how it was supposed to be.
G-one gets up.
HART: (announces) Acceleration!
G-one disappears and appears before a Ra-one with a punch, but he blocks and grabs G-one's arm and swings him around when another one clotheslines him from the front slamming him back with a flip into the ground.
Ra-one: (Picks G-one up by the collar) Get up, the game is not over yet. Don't disappoint me now (slams his head into G-one's face).
G-one: (Stumbles back)
Ra-one 2: (Punches him from the side sending him to another) Show me, show me the extent of a human body.
G-one: (Stumbles towards the third Ra-one)
Ra-one 3: (Kicks in his guts, as G-one bends he knees into his face tossing him into the air) Show me why being human is great.
Ra-one 4: (Grabs his shoulders in air and slams him on the ground) You are not worthy to have a human body.
Ra-one 5: (Grabs his one leg and swings him around) Pathetic, why did you even come here?
Ra-one 6: (Kicks the swinging G-one on his face sending him rolling on the ground) For the girl, or for that boy.
G-one: (stops rolling and slowly gets up)
Ra-one 7: (grabs his hair and digs a punch into his face pushing the air away) Or is for all the people I killed. (Pulls his hand back and digs it again in G-one's face with a shock wave) Or is it revenge for killing your mother? (Another punch to his face sends him rolling again).
Ra-one 8: (Walks towards G-one who was crawling back up) Don't give me a ridiculous reason like, it is out of humanity or out of goodness of your heart. (Runs and kicks him away towards the box) See what being nice does, Good one.
G-one rolls towards the box. He slowly pulls himself up by grabbing the edge of the box. As he sits up to look into the box he freezes. His eyes sharpen.
Ra-one: Witness, what your good did to your friend.
Akash lied in the box, with a hole in his chest, which was slowly closing. The veins were visible across various parts of his body mostly around the hole in his chest. He was barely conscious as he moved his head to look at G-one.
Akash: (struggles to open his eyes, whispers) Hey termite, you don't look very good. You just stay put brother, I won't let you disappear as long as I breathe.
Ra-one: This is the difference between you and me. I am superior to you in every way. I don't have such frivolous emotions like love or sympathy. I don't care for anyone. I don't care if someone lives or dies.
G-one's left hand slowly reaches for a cable.
Ra-one: Bonds, relations, friendship, they all bind you. They have no real purpose. They are just there to hold you back. I don't possess such garbage. I am free. Free to do anything. That's the sign of being strong. I am designed to be free. ( In sync with the other seven clones) I am designed to be strong.
Suddenly a pressure pushes down every clone and they try to stand straight.
Ra-one: (Slightly bend, struggling to stand) What! What is this?
Suddenly blue aura blasts out from the front confusing everyone.
HART: (Announces) Evolution. Level 3 adrenaline surge.
Ra-one 2: Is he here?
Ra-one 3: No, it's not him.
Ra-one 3: Is it coming from G-one?
Ra-one 4: No way, this can't be.
Ra-one 5: Is he a God too?
The light subsided leaving a dark figure sitting there with a cable in his neck.
Ra-one: What?
Ra-one 6: He used the electric cable to power himself up.
G-one: (Dark figure with sparks flowing out of his eyes, turns towards them and the pressure on them increases, stands there, big letters reading "Game over" appear behind him).
Ra-one: (Struggling hard) Damn you, G-one.
G-one: (Injuries slowly heal and his armour appears on his upper body and a bright glowing blue HART on the right of his chest) Strong!? You are designed to be strong!? (Jerks his left hand down, cracks his head left then right, lifts his left fist up, then lifts his right fist up and gives a quick right punch forward, strikes the battle stance) And I am designed to win.
Ra-one: (Yells and dashes for him) G-one!!
Ra-one dashes in with a punch. G-one takes a side step and dodges the punch, grabs it with his left hand and pulls Ra-one towards him and pulls his right hand surrounded by sparks back simultaneously and drives into Ra-one's chest shooting him through by Moon blowing her hair. Other clones looked at the blown Ra-one then looked back at G-one. G-one pulls his arms back to battle stance. The other clones jump at him together. G-one dodges Ra-one 1's punch and then pushes it towards Ra-one 2 blowing him away. G-one kicks at the right knee of Ra-one 1 from behind, grabs his chin from behind, pulls it back and slams his right elbow in his face from above and slams him into the floor with a crater. G-one appears before Ra-one 3 and 4 and begins an accelerated exchange of blows. G-one dodges and deflects both of their attacks at each other while crouching in between and striking their guts alternately. Seeing G-one distracted Ra-one 5 and 6 tried to hit him from behind. G-one sides steps right and grabs the kick and pushes it into Ra-one 3 then side steps left and grabs the kick from 6 and pushes it into 4, then swings six by his leg and crashes him into 3 and 4 throwing them away. Ra-one 5 raises a lower kick G-one turns towards him and blocks the kick with his left leg and slams it down locking it and gives an upper cut to his chin then grabs 5's left arm and throws him over his head into the ground head first. G-one turns back when Ra-one 7 and 8 jump in with punches together. G-one dodges, then dodges again, then dodges again, when 1 comes flying from behind, G-one side steps letting 1 take 8 away with him. G-one parries 7's punches one by one, sweeps 7's feet and drives a 360° vertical punch into 7's face leaving him to rest in the dent he made in the floor. G-one stands up and goes back to his battle stance.
G-one: (in battle stance) You asked me why I am doing this. I will answer it now. Humans are selfish by nature. And I am the same. I am a selfish bitch.
Ra-one 2 lunges in, G-one deflects his right swing and side kicks Ra-one 3 away into a wall who was trying to sneak in from the side then grabs the head of 2 and brings the right knee and drills it into the face of 2 slightly jumping on his left leg. After drilling the knee, he throws 2 away.
G-one: I like them. They make me happy. I want to be happy. That's why I am here fighting, fighting for myself, for my entertainment.
Ra-one 4 throws a left kick, G-one parries it, launches an orb at 5 with his right hand above the right shoulder of 4 then goes to punch into the thigh of the right leg of 4 that rose up for a kick repelling it back into the ground with a bang and then drives a right kick into 4's gut launching him away.
G-one: It was never about anybody else. (Releases his battle stance)It was and it has always been about me.
HART: Kingsway Offensive…
G-one: (Begins walking towards them with sharp eyes) I enjoy their company, that's why I came here to get them. Call me selfish, I don't care. I am neither good nor am I bad, I am just a human. Enjoying my life. And I won't let you or anyone take it away from me.
Ra-one 6 and 7 begin to step back in fear. G-one teleports before 6's face and drills a fist into his face, he grabs his right arm before he blows away and pulls him towards him drilling another punch, then again pulls him and drills another punch, then again, then again, until his hand passes through the skull and penetrates through to the back. Ra-one 7 was cooking a giant orb and threw it towards G-one and G-one pulled Ra-one 6 hanging on his fist to take the orb shot. Ra-one 6 gets hit by the orb and disintegrates when G-one dashes, grabs 7's head and slams him into the wall behind. Ra-one 8 sneaks a punch from behind but G-one bends his head to the right and the punch misses. G-one grabs the punch on his left shoulder and pulls him like a potato sack and smashes him into 7's head. Ra-one 7 and 8 slowly disintegrate as well. G-one turns towards the other five.
G-one: (Walking) Time to end this broken game.
As G-one walked forward, the temperature behind dropped, freezing the floor white. The ice ran forward freezing everything it came in contact with somehow escaping G-one.
G-one: I have a quote in my database. (Ra-one 5's legs freeze somehow and G-one drills a punch in his guts and lifts him up by the fist as he disintegrates) "Those who love (drills his fist into the chest of frozen Ra-one 4 and puts his right palm on 4's frozen abdomen and blows him away in pieces disintegrating him) and adopt evil, (Ra-one 2 and 3 freeze completely in ice as G-one walks by) their shadows never leave their will".
G-one stands before the last Ra-one as he was cooking orbs on his both hands but was slowly getting boxed in ice. G-one's right hand begins to transform into an Anti-HART gun which he slowly raises towards the HART of Ra-one. Only this Ra-one had a shadow. He froze completely with orbs still cooking in his hands. G-one sticks the gun over the ice straight before Ra-one's HART.
G-one: It's been fun (shoots).
The bullets rips through the ice penetrating Ra-one's HART. Ra-one suddenly begins to develop red veins all over his body and explodes along with the remaining two frozen clones. G-one looks back at Moon, who slowly breathes out a cold smoke and gets up off her chair. G-one then looks towards the box in which Akash was lying.
The situation outside shifts as well. The frozen thousands of Ra-ones outside gazing at the sky, break free as the transforms explode away from their bodies in tiny red pieces looking like a little red fireworks carnival in the city from the bird's eye.
People at G-one's room were still waiting, baffled and curious by what was going on. Piyush sat on the floor, leaning on a wall, resting his forehead on his right palm. Simar brings a glass of water to him.
Simar: (hands the glass to him) Here..
Piyush: (Takes the glass) Thankyou (sips).
Ana: You all right now.
Piyush: Good as Lily.
Lily: Doesn't feel very good, I know.
Piyush: Sure doesn't.
Simar: What kind of light was that, just looking at it turned you into that.. thing?
Piyush: I don't know, some crazy magical shit.
Nikita: Lucky that we were not outside to fall victim to that light.
Lavangi: You said it, didn't wish to put more weight on G-one.
Mia: Did the same light do that to you as well?
Lily: No, I don't remember a light. But my friend from the class patted my head last before I lost consciousness.
Piyush: Ofcourse.
Mia: What?
Piyush: It was Ra-one disguised as her friend.
Simar: Who is this Ra-one fella anyway? Is he from the epic?
Ana: I am curious too. The scenes we witnessed today or some other times too, does raise some unordinary questions.
Piyush: (Sighs) This is crazy, I don't think any of you will believe it.
Lavangi: Everything about you three is crazy. And we have seen enough crazy today. I know it won't be crazier than that.
Piyush: That thing, Ra-one, he is a character out of a game.
Pin drop silence…
Mia fixes her glasses, Simar and Lavangi look at each other in disbelief. Ana stares at Piyush with big eyes. Nikita walks forward towards Piyush.
Lavangi: It is crazier, I guess.
Nikita: What do you mean out of a game?
Mia: He came out of a game?
Piyush: Literally, so did our man G-one.
Everyone: (Stunned) Huh!
Ana: What are you talking about?
Mia: No way! He is a human, isn't he?
Piyush: He is half human.
Nikita: Ridiculous,
Ana: if you are making this up then…
Piyush: I am not, how do you think G-one got such inhuman powers? He got it from the in-game character G-one who merged with him when it came out of the game along with Ra-one. It all happened three years ago, G-one played that game, the main antagonist of the game, Ra-one, materialised out of the game and killed G-one's mother and then killed G-one too.
Lavangi: My god!
Piyush: But G-one somehow already possessed the powers which saved him only for him to wake to his dead mother's body next morning.
Nikita: How is that even possible? How can something digital walk out in reality like that?
Piyush: I don't know. I just know that it was that bastard who killed his mother. For the last three years we have been looking for that crazy shit, but couldn't find him anywhere. But then, Akash found the intel on some unnatural disappearances in the city. We applied for the college as a pretence to come here and investigate. And guess what, we found him. But we were too late, that crazy bastard had killed a mountain of people.
Ana: It was him!!
Simar: But, the media said it was a terrorist group.
Lavangi: I saw it too.
Piyush: Ofcourse, because it is easy to believe. And what else you are gonna tell the people if you don't know yourself what you are dealing with.
Ana: (About to ask but gets interrupted by Mia)
Mia: Piyush! Tell me something.
Piyush: Yes?
Mia: Where did G-one stay after his mother died?
Ana: (Looks at Mia in surprise as she was about to ask the same question as well).
Piyush: He stayed at his home, obviously. Where do you think he would stay?
Mia: I mean, did he go somewhere that year?
Piyush: No, he was with us. We never left him alone. He has been with us after his mother passed away. And he has nowhere to go anyway. He has no one other than us. No relatives.
Mia: Are you sure? He never went anywhere. Just for a month maybe.
Piyush: He never went anywhere for even a day and you are asking for a month. Like anyone who has lost his dear mother and only family member would have the strength to wander around anyway, get real.
Mia: (Thinks) What's going on here? I met G-one three years ago. And if I remember right, he was with me for almost a month. How can this be? Is he lying?
Ana: (Thinks) Hold on, if he has been with Piyush and Akash that year and never gone anywhere, then how come he was with me around that time. And why does Mia have the same question as mine? Has she met him around that time as well?
Nikita: (Thinks) What is she so curious about?
Simar: (Opens Akash's laptop kept on the table) Hey, is this Akash's laptop?
Piyush: Yeah, if he were here he would have been playing or chatting with Lily on it by now.
Lavangi: (Teases) Oh ho! I see.
Lily: (Flustered) It is not what you think, it is just some regular texting.
Lavangi: Ah hah! Guchchi guchchi type of texts right.
Lily: (Flushed) No!
Lavangi: Shall we check it out? Simar..
Simar: (Nervous) Is it all right? I mean there is a word, I heard people call it privacy. And it is password protected.
Piyush: Leave it, they have some intimate conversation in there. Better not probe into it any further. It might get embarrassing for Lily.
Lavangi: (Looks at Lily in suspicion with squinted eyes and menacing smile)
Lily: Go ahead, I have nothing to hide. The password is partner.
Lavangi: There, you have the word that people call permission.
Piyush: (Gets up and walks towards the laptop rubbing his hands and laughing manically) That crazy shit never lets me see what he has in his laptop. Today I will see what he keeps in it. Maybe he is hiding some dirty secrets. Gonna enjoy making fun of him about it later.
Ana: (Sighs) And this boy was unconscious a moment ago.
Nikita: (Giggles) Akki is not gonna like it.
Lily: G-one will be bringing him back soon.
Mia: Yes.
Simar: Oh, it's open.
Lavangi: (Jumps) Let me see.
Piyush: Hold it, don't be crazy, I am gonna check it out first, it's my brother's laptop.
Lavangi: Hey, don't play the brother card now.
Simar: It is a picture of you three as the wallpaper.
Ana and Mia try to take a glimpse.
Piyush: Yeah, I remember, G-one's mother took this picture of us a few days before she…
Ana and Mia: (Think) A three year old!!
They stand and walk forward to look at the picture. G-one stood in the middle wrapping his arms around the shoulders of Akash who was on the right and Piyush who was on the left. Akash had a big smile on his face while G-one had a small smile and Piyush had an annoyed expression.
Piyush: That dog, we were trying to hold our laughter as Aunty was taking our picture, but look at him. He almost pulled us down laughing like that. (Smiles reminiscing the scene) He is so annoying.
Nikita and Mia froze at their places after seeing the picture. Nikita wondered what happened to them while trying to peep at the picture from behind.
Ana and Mia: (dazed)
Ana: (Thinks) It is him. But
Mia: (Thinks) He looks so young in the picture
Nikita: Hey, you three look so young.
Piyush: What do you mean we look so young? We were young.
Nikita: It's been three years. You three look so different now.
Piyush: Of course, we were boys then, but we are men now.
Lavangi: You are still a boy looking for some dirty videos on your brother's laptop.
Piyush: Oh come on, men do that too.
Lavangi: No they don't.
Piyush: How would you know, girly?
Mia: (Thinks) But three years ago,
Ana: (Thinks) But three years ago,
Mia and Ana: (Thinks) He looked the same as he is now.
Suddenly the door opens and G-one stands before everyone in tattered clothes with Akash hanging by his shoulder and Moon standing behind.
Akash: (Frail) Hey guys…
G-one, with blank eyes, walks in slowly dragging Akash inside. Piyush rushes to get Akash followed by everyone. As G-one hands over Akash to Piyush and Lavangi, he stumbles down to a corner and sits looking at everyone. Mia goes and checks on Moon.
Piyush: (Carrying Akash) Hey man, you ok?
Akash: (Groans as he drags his foot forward) I don't feel very ok.
Lavangi: Why don't you rest on the bed?
Akash: No, just let me sit on the ground.
Lavangi: But!!
Piyush: (Stops Lavangi) Ok buddy, let me help you.
Akash slowly lowers himself down on the floor, tries to sit but falls backwards. Piyush grabs his hand but Lily, sitting at his head, gestured to Piyush to let go. Akash slowly let his head rest on Lily's lap.
Lily: (Slides her hand around his face) Hey partner.
Akash: (Tries to open his eyes, smiles) Hey, I wondered why I felt so comfortable.
Lily: (Chuckles) It's your dream pillow.
Piyush: Easy now, don't start flirting before everyone you two. Tell me about what happened.
Akash: (Takes a deep breath) Nothing, just a little exchange of blows, some collateral damage and destruction of Ra-one.
Everyone sighs in relief.
Lavangi: Really, thank God!
Akash: Don't thank God, thank G-one over there. Well, I couldn't see the entire sequence, but they both were engaged in some devastating battle. They almost demolished an entire building.
Nikita: Woah! Really?
Akash: You don't believe me?
Lavangi: I believe you. I saw a glimpse of it, (shadow boxes and gently punches on Piyush's face) right, Mr. Hotshot?
Piyush: Ya, ya.
Simar: Why is G-one sitting over there like that? Is he hurt or something? His clothes look unwell.
Piyush: Don't worry about him, he will be alright.
Nikita: Well, Moon, looks like you came out without a scratch.
Lavangi: Lucky you girl. The same cannot be said for the boys though.
Nikita: Not very surprising, seeing after everything that happened today.
Ana: (Looking at G-one) His eyes, he must have lost his glasses.
Akash: What!? You think he would have his glasses safe after witnessing the condition of his clothes. Just feel lucky that he didn't come back in his underwear. Or did you wanna see him in his underwear?
Ana: (Blushes) What! No, why would I?
Everyone laughs…
Piyush: Well, I for one didn't wanna see him in his underwear.
Akash: Neither did I.
Everyone laughs…
Ana: (Flushed) Even in this condition, you can't keep yourself from annoying me.
Akash: Cause it is fun (coughs).
Lily: Easy, don't enjoy too much now.
Ana: But his eyes really are shining.
Everyone looks towards G-one.
Lavangi: Ya, you are right. Glasses made this much of a difference!
G-one: (seeing a prompt in his eyesight regarding Akash that said "critical").
Simar: Looks like he has some kind of gem in his eyes.
Piyush: What the hell are you doing over there crazy with your eyes shining like that? Go change your clothes.
Mia: Let him take a break.
Piyush: Anyway, sis. You alright? I know you look fine and all but, still I have to ask as your brother.
Moon: Yes, I am fine. I am just shocked by the incident that's all.
Lavangi: No wonder you are not talking too much. Or you are the biggest blabber mouth here. Right, guys?
Nikita: Or it could be she is not the real Moon but another one of that Ra-one's clone or something disguised as her.
Simar: No way…
Ana: G-one destroyed Ra-one, remember?
Moon: I am the real me, for what it is worth.
Piyush: Ok, I know she is my sister. G-one and Akash won't make a mistake bringing another clone here. So lay off her.
Nikita: Geez, It was just a joke.
Lily suddenly notices blue veins slowly appearing on the top of Akash's chest reaching the neck.
Lily: What is that?
Piyush: What's wrong?
Lily: Something is not right with Akash. Look.
Akash: I am fine. Don't worry about it.
Piyush: (Reaches to look) His veins, they are turning blue. (Rips his shirt).
Lavangi: Yo Piyush, what are you doing?
Everyone was shocked after seeing multiple veins emerging from the centre crack of his chest in every direction.
Simar: (Covers her mouth in dread).
Nikita: What is that?
Moon: (Turns her face away).
Piyush: No, no, what is this? G-one, there is something wrong with Akash. (Looks at G-one) Get over here.
G-one: (Lowers his head in distress).
Piyush: What are you doing crazy shit? I said come here.
Akash: Calm down. There is nothing G-one can do about it.
Piyush: You shut up, bastard. I am talking to him. G-one! Don't you hear me. (Turns to Moon) Moon, tell G-one to (sees her looking away) Hey, why are you looking away?
Mia: (Notices tear rolling down Moon's cheek) Moon! Why are you…(pulls her face towards her) crying?
Everyone is shocked.
Piyush: Sis, what are you two hiding from me? What is this all about? Tell me right now.
Moon: (sobs) Ra-one made a hole in his chest to put his HART in there. He wanted to merge with his body. But,
Piyush: But what? Speak.
Moon: But then he forcefully pulled it out of his body.
Ana: But there is no hole in his body.
Moon: I gave him some magic to heal the wound. Even though the wound has healed, his life force keeps deteriorating.
Lily: (Eyes went blank) No. You are lying.
Piyush: What does that mean? He is healed right? These veins mean nothing. Give him more of your magic, he will recover from it.
Moon: I did. (Sobs) But it is not helping.
Piyush: Shut up, you do as I say.
Akash: Calm down, termite. It is gonna be alright.
Piyush: You hear that. He is strong. He can come back from anything. You just supply him some more magic of yours. Get up (tries to go to her but Akash catches his hand).
Akash: Sit down. Just stay with me here termite.
Piyush: (Notices veins have appeared on his hands, he flips his hand around to check). (Yells) G-one, do something.
Akash: (grabs Piyush's hand) Hey, listen man. You gotta look after him.
Piyush: There is no you, it's us. You hear me. We together decided to look after him. So stop talking shit.
Akash: He has no one. Never leave him alone. I have done my part.
Piyush: I said shut up.

The veins were rising up to his face.

Akash: Aah! Finally, I can breathe now (smiles, eyes still closed).
Lily: (Chuckles) Idiot.
Everything went silent for a few seconds. The grip on Piyush and Ana's hand relaxed.
Piyush: Akash! Hey buddy! Hey!
Ana: (A tear drops down her cheek).
Piyush: (crawls towards his face) Hey, Akash, don't annoy me. This is not a joke. Lily, wake him up. Akash!
Everyone begins weeping. Lily slides her hand around his face a last time until Piyush lifts Akash's face crying uncontrollably, hugging it to his chest.
Suddenly Akash's left hand disintegrates into dust then his right hand disintegrates in Ana's hand. Slowly his body begins to turn to dust until his head slips out of Piyush's hand by turning into sand. Listening to the wailing, the dog with tearful eyes, stood at the door looking at them from a distance.
In the home town of the boys, Piyush's mother sat with Akash's mother in her home chattering. Suddenly, the door bell rang.
Akash's mother: Oh! Who is it at this time of the day?
Piyush's mother: Maybe the milkman?
Akash's mother: (Heading for the door) I stopped taking milk since Akash moved out.
Piyush's mother: Why though? You need calcium too. Especially in this age.
Akash's mother: (Laughs) What do you mean? We are not that old yet, are we?
Opens the door and finds G-one standing before her casting his shadow on her blocking the sunlight behind.
Akash's mother: (Cheery) G-one, my son. Here to see me. Can't live without me, can you?
Piyush's mother: (Gets up and heads for the door) G-one, is it? That boy, he is getting slapped for not calling me all this time.
Akash's mother: No one is hitting my son. You hear that. Come on in, G-one. Have you eaten anything? Let me feed you.
G-one: (Stood there without any expression, looking at her straight).
Akash's mother: What's wrong? Why don't you come in?
Piyush: (Shivering voice and tearful eyes, appears from behind G-one) Au..au..aunty.. Akash is…
Akash's mother: (Looks at Piyush, then looks at G-one who just stood there staring at her).
Piyush's mother: (Walks out) Are you all going to spend the entire day outside? Huh!? (Looks at Akash's mother frozen at her place looking at G-one and Piyush trying to hold back his tears) What's going on?
The tears gently ran down Akash's mother's eyes and she slowly stepped forward, gently slamming her right fist on G-one's chest and then put her crying head on his chest. G-one just stood there. The tears left Piyush's mother's eyes as soon as she realised what had happened. Akash's mother hugs G-one and Piyush together while crying.
Piyush: (Crying) Aunty, I failed you. I couldn't…
Akash's mother: (tears rolling down) I know, son. It is not your fault, none of yours, do you understand?
Piyush: I am sorry! I am sorry! I am sorry!.... (Keeps apologizing).
Slowly a feminine figure emerges into the view of Piyush's mother. Moon, standing behind the two, barely visible to Piyush's mother, sobbed. Upon noticing her presence, Piyush's mother slowly moved forward towards her. As Moon came into full view, she couldn't believe her eyes.
Piyush's mother: (Reaches out to grab Moon's face) Cherika, you came back.
Moon: (Shocked, as the name sounded familiar, something inside her reacted to it).
Piyush's mother: (Pats Moon's face) Karuna( name of Akash's mother) Karuna, look. It is our Cheri.
Karuna: (Let go of Piyush and G-one, wipes her tears and looks at Moon) Cheri, is that really you? Oh my, it is really you. Come here darling (hugs her). You have grown into such a beautiful young lady. Did you meet Akash? Oh I am sure you did. He didn't tease you much, did he?

A woman dressed in military uniform walked toward a prison cell. A man sat inside a prison.
