The sun shone bright as an aged military general met his great-nephew outside of their family's palace gates. The great-uncle inhaled deeply with relief. "Nobody appreciates the blessing of clean air as they ought to until they've been trapped in an unlivable abandoned laboratory facing unfeeling machines, Ana." He opined before wasting no time speaking to give a hug. Ana snuggled granduncle's shoulder with a beaming smile. "Please don't leave me for that long again!" Ana had begged his great-uncle. The great-uncle grumbled while comforting his grandnephew before he moved him to be eye to eye with him. "Our rivals are still a threat even if the queen was able to shut them down and block their Mauve essence— so." The great-uncle responded until he was interrupted by his great-nephew. Ana lightly scratched his elbow. "So, the military will be on clean up against their mechanical military for a long time. Yeah. Just send the soldiers and couldn't you stay?" Recited and asked the young Ana with a nervous tone. The great-uncle chuckled lightly as he kissed his forehead. "Doesn't work like that, Ana, and that would go against Ajitapmen philosophy. Though, you'll come to understand once you've graduated." He responded as he rested his chin on his chest while kneeling. The great-uncle saw the frown on his best friend's son's face. "Cheer up, future king, have your mom and my students been teaching you well while I was away on the expedition?" He asked his great-nephew. The young boy looked up towards him. "If it feels; it belongs to the God of vehemence, his Eslevelni family and the Ajitapmen nation." He recited as he held his hand over his heart with two fingers aimed towards the sky. A young man turned on his back as his alarm clock swiftly woke him and narked him soon after. He remained lying with his limbs stretching in his bed, pondering the dream and about his home. Eventually, he made his way out of his bed and fell, swiftly recovering after the drop. The young man removed the gloves that he wore most of the day while staring at his fingertips. "This is the final time I'll remove these, great-uncle." He kept promising himself every morning when he woke up and repeated the process of removing his gloves while continuing eyeing the shifting shades of his nails.

Anastasius went about his routine. He showered and afterwards got dressed for his shift as a beloved local shop as he thought about the peasantry back at his home. He didn't have much of a choice but work there to make a new living for himself. He read their sign before entering for his shift. "Thi's bakery!" Known for their irresistibly delicious and mind bending Vietnamese donuts that help keep the place in business as he hears around him. Anastasius sat next to one of his coworkers. "Boy, get up, get off yer ass and get to cleaning and stocking before we open, I'm running a few early errands and I better see work finished before I come back, Ana." He heard from the shop's supervisor, Thanh Thi, after she caught Anastasius sleeping at one of the tables. Her shouting abruptly awoke him. Anastasius wasted no time dealing with the task. "No problem, on it right now, ma'am!" He replied before a yawn and hurrying to get in the back and stock. After arriving at the stock room, his head began to hurt so badly that he dropped to his knees in agony, the worst pain he's felt. "She'll kill me before seeing me again if she keeps that up." He thought to himself as he sat on his butt with his back on one of the stock room's walls. The manipulator of sentiment recovered from his mother's antics and finished the bakery's task before meeting them in the kitchen. Thanh Thi: the bakery's manager and the woman that took me in. Bihn Thi: the eldest son of the manager, co-worker and aspiring flamboyant star. Danh Thi: the youngest son of the manager, another co-worker, walking two hundred fifty pounds of muscle. Nobody messes with the shop because of him. They introduced themselves as this to Anastasius the day they met him.
The restaurant's aspiring star rushed to the manipulator of sentiment's side after he took notice of him stepping out of the stock room, doing his best to comfort and calm him down. "I hope you don't mind my curiosity but what's going on with you?" He questioned with a genuine tone. The manipulator of sensibilities scratched his elbow. "Must be a consequence of our distance?" Anastasius theorized aloud. Bihn crossed his right leg over the other as he glanced upwards briefly. "Got the courage to throw something out. If your abilities have something to do with your mind— can't you use like your willpower or something to stop it?" He asked and suggested his friend.
The manipulator of sensibilities slowly shook his head as he pondered his suggestion. "My abilities are more complex than working on will power alone, rather fueled by cultivating the god of vehemence's authority— which requires many disciplines to be useful, it won't work even if I was an Olympic gold medalist level of great at it though, she's way too strong for me to resist what she's doing." Anastasius replied in a low murmuring tone as his strength soon began returning slowly a little bit earlier, "Something strange forced me here, Bihn, she'll find me and then show this world her viciousness like the others, it doesn't deserve this fate. Her and that vile council are going to tear this world apart." He came out as he lightly held his co-worker's shoulders.
Bihn moved just his head away and squinted at the floor, his eyes widened from him thinking about his words to the realization that he was vexed. "Apply for this recent Gen-Oath gig the city's powers have announced. I'm tired of hearing about how scary your mom can be and scaredy you are while not striving for the strength that you keep telling me you need. They're advertised as being the peak of the three city's might, and it sounds like they have plenty to teach you." He began with an agitated tone before easing into a constructively critical one. The manipulator of sensibilities slowly nodded as he watched his co-worker exit the kitchen. "Was that for me or for him...?" Anastasius wondered, "No, he's right— he's right about me." Anastasius told himself in his head. He heard a familiar voice behind him. "That had obviously been in the middle of boiling up for a hot minute. That was the most pissed off I've seen from the little fella." Said his other co-worker and roommate Dahn Thi as he finished drying his hands, "You calmed that fight a few days ago before shop's closing. You've got this gig with easy diff, big bro." He finished with an encouraging voice and a warming grin.
Bihn urgently returned to the kitchen. "Ana and Dahn, we have to go— there's some weird muscular hyena creatures outside that erupted the area into chaos!" Bihn cried out with the most fear in his voice the two had ever had from him. The family restaurant's aspiring star stood frozen in place with his eyes wide after the warning to his brother and the foreign manipulator of sensibilities. Dahn Thi opened a nearby drawer and grabbed one of the many paper bags before opening it and helping his brother with his breathing exercises. Dahn Thi noticed his friend's nails after he removed his gloves as he comforted his brother. "Yo, nice nails, where do you get them done?" Bihn wondered aloud, thoroughly distracted by them yet he eventually noticed the hesitant grin. "Take Bihn and yourself to find safety out the back. I'm going to try but this'll most likely be my death." He encouraged Dahn. The aspiring chef nodded understandingly before holding onto his brother and leading out of the restaurant.
The manipulator of sensibility stood silent as he kept his eyes squinting towards his nails as they changed from red to black. He stepped into the lobby of the restaurant and observed the hulking hyena creatures wearing nothing but bracelets and kilts. "Too— angry things to redirect immediately!" He noted as he shut his eyes and cultivated while a mauve shaded aura having wrapped around him. The clan of otherworldly hyenas had paused wrecking the road and sniffed simultaneously, until locking onto the manipulator's scent and turning towards him where he could feel their unrestrained anger had seemingly strengthened. The vicious bulky hyena creatures deviously laughed prior to the clan charging towards the shop like wild bulls but three of Anastasius' nails on his right hand had shifted to black as he refused to lose focus. "Tear your enemies apart!" He shouted before they stopped charging briefly. The clan of the brobdingnagian hyenas momentarily glared at each other before continuing to tear other members of their clan to pieces with their steel cutting claws and teeth. The manipulator of sensibilities fell to his butt with a deep sigh of relief. "I'll give this gig the best shot I got." Anastasius thought to himself. He looked out towards the blood covered street the restaurant was built near.

The oath's manipulator of sensibility followed the first traces of Mauve essence that he realized he had felt for the first time during his time on the foreign world and he realized that he had been led to a suspicious warehouse. Anastasius grabbed one of the chairs and sat near his former escort. "Can't do whatever you want with these ladies, Nabi." He told the guard who had been caught up by the same anomaly that brought him to earth. The former royal escort spat the blood dripping out of his mouth on his shoes. "You know this world is doomed when your actually terrifying mommy arrives to take you back. Let me have my fun with these things." He argued before tilting his sore head back. Anastasius shook his head as he unsheathed his sword. The former royal escort laughed maniacally. "Yeua, because of your mother's lineage, you can have me restrained here. Keep this vessel peaceful. Do whatever you want but you won't get past the other escort guards once they arrive and you're so lucky that our queen'll want to arrive with her son in one piece." Ęjunabi replied in a calm manner. Anastasius sheathed his sword and removed his left hand's glove before five of his finger nails turned white. "Why am I doing this the hard way when I could just put you in an honest mood?" He replied as he displayed his smirk. Ęjunabi returned a Smirk with a smirk, "You're not my blindly loyal and annoyingly naive prince anymore, are you...?" He questioned almost in a proud tone.
Anastasius observed the city's police headquarters from a distance of crossing the road between. He crossed it with his hands in his long coat's pockets, passing by officers that had continued refusing to move their eyes away and stuck in awe and grinned slightly under his helmet as he passed them. He asked a desk worker for directions, though he soon realized that his voice modifier was active and it kept the worker distracted. Anastasius flipped it off. "I'm looking for the chief of police, know where to—?" He asked until he heard a voice interrupt him from behind. "Chief of Seyort's law enforcement, Carter Decartes jr— headquarters makes for a lovely safe space for all of our officers, find comfort here because you'll be called to discuss cases here often." Said the chief of police. Anastasius looked behind him and saw a man who stood around his height with the thickest beard and messiest short hair, unexpectedly from a man with his height of status. "Appreciate the welcome." He replied before being gestured by the chief of police to follow him.
The chief and sensibility manipulating officer stepped leisurely through the headquarters. Chief Decartes gently nudged to grab his subordinate's attention for a question. "How've you been feeling about Seyort?" He inquired with a curious voice. Anastasius glanced in a few directions. "It's lovely and especially wonderful at night, I appreciate how small it is and how short the walks are." He answered after a brief flash back to his home. Chief Decartes captured his confusion in his facial expression. "You must have come from New York because that place beats us in land area by a half of a mile. Generil and Alyi are the third and fourth of the largest. Us chiefs are proud." He replied after he recovered from being taken aback. Anastasius continued walking with the chief having a slight smile. The chief and his officer arrived into the headquarters' briefing room. Another officer with his duties donning a hood, mouth covering mask and only the skin around his eyes showing as he took a glance before returning his attention to another officer with their duties clad in violet and a pale helmet with a frown. The frowning masked defender tossed his blunderbuss in the air after he noticed him standing in the doorway. "Love your style, man, casual on the surface but I mean— tactical underneath?" He greeted Anastasius with an ecstatic voice. Anastasius nodded and neglected to respond as he was stunned by the volume. The chief of police clapped to grab his officers' attention. "Not much of my free time left, fellas. We've been investigating murders and mysterious claims of strange pinkish lights around the city. We'll need you to keep your eyes peeled." Chief Decartes informed the Trio. Anastasius' eyes widened when he had heard about the city's claims. "I'd appreciate it if you lent me all of the data on the case you have, I'll do my best figuring out the truth." He asked with a serious tone. Chief Decartes chuckled lightly as he stepped away. "Respect the initiative, otherworldly inspector. The case files will be sent a.s.a.p, menacing helmet." He responded as he waved off. Anastasius glanced in his direction. "Otherworldly inspector." He kept to himself. The hooded defender sharing his responsibilities called out which stopped him. "Bro, let's go back to our place and chill until he hands over the case details— whaddya say?" He asked the oath's manipulator of sensibility. Anastasius had stopped his exit. "I can feel a similar blessing to mine from them and the man responsible for hiring us finished the interview calling my abilities unseen and invaluable?" He briefly thought to himself, "Apologies, I've got to find a library but maybe after?" He replied aloud while exiting the police headquarters.
The frowning mask and hooded duo watched as he hurried away. Anastasius had arrived at the nearest library with assistance from his exclusive government issued multi-tool communication device. He arrived at its gate and entered to lay eyes on a clean and grand sized lobby filled with exceptionally organized shelves. A librarian on shift that was shorter and stubbier waddled in front of the Gen-Oath hire. "Would you like to volunteer to read to our class, young man?" They asked without an ounce of energy in their tone. Anastasius crossed his left arm while resting his chin on his balled fist as his brows lowered. "I don't have enough time, I'm just here to learn." He answered the librarian as politely as he could return. He noticed the librarian continued to smile as they walked away without another word which made him feel uncomfortable. The nail-shifting defender of Seyort found the historical non-fiction aisle of the library's collection and searched. "Tegan Regan's world history: The mysterious lemon chiffon birthed!" He read on the spine of a section after thirty minutes of exploring the numerous works that piqued his intrigue about the new world he was mysteriously dropped in. "Amazing explorer, researcher and author publishing diverse works including her scholarly recognized historical writings as she, and now the layperson, delves into the theoretical origins and impact of the blinding energy which grants those born with absurd abilities. Read this masterpiece carefully and fact check the data with the links to the scholarly archives on your journey!" He read on the back of the book. Anastasius' eyes dilated as he found a seat. He opened it and began reading through the index with a specific chapter that was in his mind. "Theoretical origins and their data." He continued reading. He skipped most of the book on his way to the chapter numbers listed. "Historical alien mutations hypothesis." He read the title of the first theory. He was intrigued yet unconvinced. "Humankind's evolutionary next step hypothesis?" He finished reading further. He was left open to the idea yet unconvinced. "Blessing from the great deity of beer and skittles?" He read its chapters thoroughly yet the deity mentioned was unfamiliar and he was left uncertain.

The day faded to dark as it was time for the moon to fill in for the sun. The oath's stony-faced manipulator of sensibilities flung the doors of a beloved local casino open. The men inside immediately trained their guns on him yet he lifted his hand and compelled the men to remain silent and forced them into passivity as he gestured for their silence with the other hand. He ambled towards a flight of stairs where he was feeling the essence abundant in his world. "Hey goons, come on out, it's your priiiince needing your assistance!" Anastasius shouted out as loud as he could at the bottom of the steps. The two men that he was looking for came out confused and lost for words.
The first of his targets with a mesomorphic body deviously chuckled. "Pemota at your service. We've been ecstatic for the arrival of your mother, boy." One of the men at the top of the stairs shouted in reply. The second of his targets licked his lips while the other was speaking. "Bhavuka, at your service once again. Excited to get back to women, pampering from mommy and resuming failing at your royal training when your mother is finished with this place, Princely?" Asked by the endomorphic former escort guard. The oath's manipulator of sensibility caressed the hilt of his sword with his fingers. "I'm never returning back to that training. Why're you connected to a few murders?" Anastasius whispered before asking much louder.
Bhavuka straightened his posture before placing his index and middle fingers near his neck and the same two on his other near his heart with his legs together. "If it feels; it belongs to the God of Vehemence, the Eslevelni and their Ajitapmen!" The former escort guard recited, he scoffed, "You killed plenty of rebels before reciting this fact but now you go soft?" He finished with a tone filled with disrespect before chuckling. Anastasius grabbed the sword on his back. "I felt sorry years ago. New world, new life." He replied as he charged the duo head on. Pemota erupted with vexing laughter. "Ęjunabi. Was. Weak!" Said the former mesomorphic escort guard. The guard's nails lit up with a shade of blue and an oval of the same shade appeared exceptionally swiftly under the oath's manipulator of sensibilities, dropping the defender on the stairs. Bhavuka leapt to smash the defender's head through the stairs yet he was able to break the Mauve essence grasp over him. "He was only higher in rank because the queen, your mother loved him because he was your pal." The endomorph shaped former escort opined as he recovered.
The guards smirked as a duo before the defender had glanced while in the process of recovering from the fatigue of the grasp one had over him, together with their might they managed to propel their prince into acquiescence, leaving him drooling as he was forced to sit cross cross. Bhavuka laughed uncontrollably as he stroked the final remnants of the hair in his pants. "Such a basic technique but you've really grown strong, huh?" The endomorphic former escort asked rhetorically and mockingly. Pemota followed his lead. "It's actually astounding he made such a basic and dull technique seem complex enough to work against Ajitapmen royalty, incredibly done brother!" Pemota celebrated and congratulated. Bhavuka lightly facepalmed as he shook his head disapprovingly while covering an eye. "I've always questioned if he was adopted, zero shot this kid is the son of ruler Ignacio." The escort guard mocked him. Anastasius' nails briefly shifted into the color black as he sat criss cross and remained under the grasp of their mauve colored essence, he successfully broke their hold instantaneously.
Anastasius stood up as the escort guards backed away after hearing his voice. "Too scared of your ruler to put me down for good but that's why you stand no chance; only once you've managed to bury me!" He shouted with enough determination to leave the duo's jaws gaping and quivering. Pemota and Bhavuka froze and placed their hands in the air when Anastasius made their own men train their firearms at them. Swifter than the blink of an eye, the endomorphic and mesomorphic duo protected themselves with a barrier of the essence that gives them power and hunched over with long mauve colored gowns forming from the essence that protected them while melting away the flesh from their faces.
The oath's manipulator of sensibility's eyes widened with intrigue and shock. "I went most of my life with you two escorting me around our world from the rebels and nobody had ever cared to mention that you were— Duvohni Ajitapmen?" Anastasius asked the duo with a puzzling tone. The mesomorphic former escort guard flew next to his brother. "A thousand spankings from your mother after you were caught being distracted in your classes and none of that helped—?" Pemota asked before he noticed his prince vanished. Anastasius hurried to distance himself from his assailants. "Enough." He reminded himself in his head. Anastasius made it outside before the pair of former royal guards yet he felt the impact of their scythes. "Masters of shaping the essence from how they feel." He reminded himself about their clan. The oath's manipulator of sensibilities had soon heard familiar feet stepping from behind him. The hooded oath's gravity celebrated with an enthusiastic gesture. "Yes— yeah! I've been practicing feeling others through it, Coda." Said the hooded gen-oath officer Anastasius met earlier. The frowning masked officer offered to help Anastasius back on his feet. "Good work, we never got to hang earlier or learn each other's names." He congratulated his room mate before greeting his unfamiliarized roommate. The hooded officer gestured Anastasius for a greeting shake. "Codagan Dugan and Kiyo Chilleday, what are we dealing with right now?" He introduced before inquiring. Anastasuis momentarily stood quiet while he removed his beloved gloves.
The recently introduced duo got distracted when they glanced at his nails. "Is that nail polish?" Codagan and Kiyo asked in synchronization. Anastasuis' sigh was full of disappointment. "Sure. We're dealing with otherworldly creatures made from pure essence." He answered before filling in both of them. The frowning helmeted violet geared officer briefly glanced away. "I've only ever dealt with three ghosts before— shiny ghosts." Coda regaled as he was lost in the moment. Anastasius briefly stared towards him. "Whatever. Either of you have a way to help me up to the ghostly figures in the loud gowns you see there?" He asked as he pointed specifically at the two leaving the area. Codagan smirked under his helmet. Floating disks formed from glass appeared before Codagan began encouraging Anastasius to utilize them as steps towards the figures. The oath's manipulator of sensibility prepared a slash as he flew down after leaping from the disks. "Where's all the nerve and confidence when you were taunting me gone now, boys?" Anastasuis taunted and mocked in return. The former escort guards noticed the mauve colored essence wrapped around their prince's sword as he descended. They worked together to put him in the state they successfully managed from earlier leaving him dropping on his shoulder yet their attempts against Codagan and Kiyo left them lost. The oath's manipulator of sensibility broke free from their grasp similarly to earlier as well. "Is that a... Hoshkimafay?" Anastasuis asked upon noticing it on Codagan's hip near his blunderbuss. The frowning helmeted defender looked down at his side where Anastasuis was pointing and saw his Kukri. "Uhh, the Kukri— it better not be destroyed." He asked and threatened while he held it. Codagan gave it to him. The hooded officer determinedly nodded as he held his hands towards the humongous ghostly figures. "I can make their throw weaker on you — but then we should probably talk about these things because I'm curious about them, they look badass!" Said Kiyo before he wrapped Anastasuis' body around with his lemon chiffon essence causing his body to be affected however he wills by the earth's gravitational force.
Anastasuis flipped twice then performed a front flip to get a feel for his fellow defender's ability. "I wish we could switch powers." He voiced as he prepared to launch himself. He stepped back before lunging himself upwards, towards his former guards, Pemota and Bhavuka, and was readying to kill them. The same attempt to ground their prince failed as they left with only dodging as they grew slower and questioning. Anastasius' nails shifted to a shade of dark blue before Kiyo suddenly felt inspired to call on his authority over the force of gravity to pull the two ghostly skeletal figures in Mauve gowns together before the oath's manipulator of sensibilities sliced his former escort guards to pieces with his tanto and his fellow defender's kukri. Anastasius began dropping back to the streets like a rock in the water. "Fella needs way more practice, huh?" He realized as he crossed his arms with an unamused expression behind his helmet. Codagan glanced up and saw his new teammate in trouble. "Gotcha!" He shouted after he leapt distances on his floating glass disks and caught Anastasius. The oath's manipulator of sensibility was left in the arms of the frowning helmeted defender as he remained on a teeny glass disk that could only fit a leg. "Yep. You've definitely been practicing this." He commented after noticing his impeccable sense of balance. Codagan chuckled as he dropped to the ground on many lower glass disks he set beneath them. "My youngest brother and a very close family friend that I grew up with happened to be the clumsiest people all of us knew and they'd fall off of high places— occasionally." He explained. The expression helmeted duo shook hands respectfully with slight grinds underneath. Kiyo held a gaping shocked face as he held his hands close to him. "I've never made a vortex as powerful as that before and the focus just came to me guys so what just happened?" He questioned with an expression matching his shocked tone. Anastasius returned the sword back to the frowning helmeted defender that lent him it. "If I can manage to finish my training and awaken my royal ascendency before the queen arrives then his blessing and his potential could be vital to stopping her." He noted with solace from the thought.

In the middle of night within Saint Aubine cemetery built in the city formerly known as nicolett, France. A scholar that studied the essence of the embodiment of entertainment dating eons wasn't worried about sleep schedule. He finally found his apprentice' grave with an aged flower that he always carried in his hands. A young oval faced man of renown that had markings around his eyes which looked like eyeshadow offered a warming hug. "The others just told me about what happened to Ambroise, he had the potential and drive to be the best of us. M-my condolences, scholar." Said Makisig, another talented hero tutored under the scholar. Advay glanced at the grave from an hour of staring into the starry sky over the grave. "Found traces of the remaining Enenra. The rulers and I are going to begin our idea to seal its master and his vile creations soon, Maki." Said the scholar before he sighed. The talented light red eyed student briefly stood silent with a humorless expression. "You'll need me ready to seek and aid them as they stop the devious smoke spirit when he's manifested. We will be its greatest antagonist, sir, I'll make sure we won't let you down. I've been keeping my eyes on him, but the genius investigator never notices me." Makisig assured his former teacher. Advay tossed his beloved flower near his late student's gravestone. "This is what the primordial monster does. He can't engender anything on his own so he corrupts the impeccable works from his work obsessed counterpart. The bastard's children may have ascended on his orders but we're still born here so it's up to us." He speeches as his brows are lowered and he flashes back to the memories that he made with the student he's mourning.
