Ian POV
While Falya is up ahead I task myself in collecting dry pieces of wood and sticks, My situation is far cry from great, but it's not bad either.
I know that If I have a choice I may not be in this place, but I feel good from the things I did so far besides the killing of course.
While lost in my thoughts I heard Falya gigling into the distance, "no wonder she got cought by those goblins, she's pretty loud" and seconds later she's in front of me looking smug.
"I found a cave Ian!....you better praise me! *laugh*"
I'm tempted to ignore and say 'I don't care' just to wipe that smug off her face, but she did find a cave.
"yeah you did a good job..but you should tone in down a bit on the gigling and the noise..we don't want monsters to come, and you know? Kill us"
"kay!"
I followed Falya and minutes later after picking up some sticks and shushing Falya we reach the cave, The intrance itself is hidded well behind the tall tress boulders and thick bushes.
Once I entered I'm surprise to find that the cave is well lit, glowing stones from the ceiling and glowing mushroom on both of the cave walls.
we keep walking inside, the cave is shape like a U-turn but before a full U there's an L Shape at the end, I drop the things sticks and Sit down to rest.
*poke* *poke* "stop that.. we don't even know if it's poisonous so leave that mushrooms alone" 'yup she would not last also me maybe if I don't start looking for food'.
But before that I want to rest, I sit comfortably and close my eyes.
*poke* *poke* "wha?" I open my eyes and half look at Falya who's poking me.
"god dammit Falya I told you not to touch the mushrooms"
"Im sorry!.....I just want to know why it glows" Falya said in almost a whisper
yep Falya is not green anymore she's glowing blue and a bit slimy
"how do you even...you know what I don't care...Is it poisonous?"
"I don't think so... some of the slime got into my mount, and it tasted like sweet liquified mana"
"mana? what's that?"
"hmmm? oh it's like your physical stamina but for casting that arrow shine instead for you"
"wow...that's helpful...and It's arrow SIGN by the way not arrow shine"
I pick up some mushrooms 'it smells sweet' I assume it's ok to eat but just in case it's poisonous, I get the slimy part and put a drop on my mouth.
Minutes past by without any signs of poisons so, I took a bite "thish tish sho gowd" bitind some more and looking at Falya who's looking curiously at me.
"do you even eat?"
"yep, but I don't really have to but is that really good?"
"yeah try some" I gave a piece at Falya
"hmmmmmmm! It manaa!"
"mana?"
"yeh this things have mana in them....maybe that's the reason no monsters like to get close in this cave...you see monsters are scared of other stronger monster..strong monster equal lots of manas
and this cave Ian has lots of mana which means"
"Strong monsters...then where's the monster that live in this cave?"
"Probably dead....don't worry I can sense if a strong monster is nearby because we fairy love to co-live with strong monsters like dragons or giants, but sometimes they ate us instead, so that's that"
I don't know about this information, but I'm glad atleast we'll know if we have to leave this place.
"Falya do you know how we can get some sharp objects?"
"oh! now that you mentions you now have a bond dagger...this dagger is mainly used to bond a wisp or a fairy to other creature that doesn't have the ability to communicate"
"Like cutting themselves to draw their bloods out?"
"Yep but a drop is enough...here you go"
Falya hold out her hands and a wooden dagger comes out, I grab the dagger while it's floating, "WOAH! What is this!?"
