The party was alright. I went to sleep in Alek's little sister's room as soon as I could. Their parents are on vacation so he's watching her. Which roughly translates to me babysitting the both of them. I know me and Alek are the same age, but that's kind of what it feels like. "CeCe!" Rachel's little giggle always cheers me up. She calls me CeCe, I don't know why. I feel like that'd be a better nickname for Cecilia. She jumps on me and climbs up like a koala. She's so silly. "I wanna swing! Swing Swing!" She's bouncing around so much I just have to agree. I carry her sideways and start spinning. I love playing with her but when I spin her I get dizzy too. I hear the music getting louder and that tells me it's about time to hole up with Rachel in the fort. "What do you wanna watch Rache?" She looks at me like our lives' depend on her answer. I wanna watch what you put okay?" But you have to stay uuup!" She throws her head back while hanging on my arm. So silly. I put her favorite show and I'm not going to lie on this-but since my answer is so important to her-I stayed cheering on her favorite parts even though I just wanted to sleep. She finally falls asleep when the party just started getting louder. Luckily she's a heavy sleeper. Just as I lay her down in her princess bed, I hear the door creak open. Jayden comes in laughing so loud I think he's drunk. "Sshh. You'll wake her up." He just busts out laughing more. "You know how much I love you guys? Aww look at those chubby cheeks!" He goes to pinch her cheeks after I just laid her down. "Jay, look at the time. It is 3:16 AM and she's finally asleep. Please do not wake her up." He's not even paying attention to me. "Wakey wakey, eggs and bakey!" I slap his hand away from her face. "Dude seriously. Leave. Her. Alone." He turns to me. "Get that stick out your-" I slap him. "You are not going to talk to me that way, especially in front of her." He looks angry. "She's not even awake! What's your problem?" Now I'm angry. "It doesn't matter if she's awake or not. One she's not your kid OR mine, two she JUST. Fell. Asleep. Three, no. You are not going to disrespect me like that. I'm your sister, and even if I wasn't that is rude and disrespectful. Kids pick up on the smallest things and what happens when her parents get back and she ends up acting like that? They'll blame us for her behavior and she'll get in trouble." He just looks at me, lays down and goes to sleep. I sigh. I do really love my brother. I don't want to overreact. I hurry to grab a trashcan when I hear him gagging. "Bleurgh!" I made sure he's turned away from Rachel and off the bed that way I won't struggle to get the smell out of covers and have Rachel smell that all day. Just as I go to grab another trash bag from Rachel's bathroom I hear the door creak open. I go out with the bag in one hand and a spray in the other. When I see who comes in I feel like my eyes turned into slits like the Cheshire cat. "Cecil!" she tiptoes so happily towards me. "Hey Jess!" She's whispering so enthusiastically I laugh. Her happy whisper is as loud as someone talking. She comes over to hug me and when she does I hear the door opening again. It's Alek. At this point I feel like the party will end up coming here so I point to the door and head out the room. They follow after and I close the door for our heavy sleepers.
