Yu Holea sat back down in her chair and crossed her legs.
"There's a new organization rising in the south region. Dangerous, brutal, and fast. I want you and your little group to go survey the area. And if you're so brave, have a little fight with them too."
Everyone's face turned pale.
"That place is cursed…" someone whispered.
Another officer stammered, "Vice President, please… we were just a little confused. We won't do it again."
But Yu Holea didn't even blink. "I'm not listening to excuses. The Special Force Office is not a place for politics or personal drama. We exist to protect people. So go out there and prove your worth."
One by one, the officers looked down. They knew there was no escape now.
Yu Holea leaned back in her chair, relaxed. She waved her hand. "Dismissed."
They all left the room slowly, like scared students walking out of the principal's office.
Only Leng Huan stayed behind. His eyes were full of pain and frustration.
