----This chapter is technically both in Mc's pov and the pov of the writer of the logbook. Read it as you will, honestly I might rewrite it so its smoother when read. However this is how it currently and I don't know hot to write it otherwise.-----
The logbook started...
Day 1 after crash landing on this new planet. We smashed into the peak of a large mountain still in the process of forming. The rest of the crew believes that it will be fine. However the smart lassie from the science stratum says the mountain will freeze over within a year or two sealing our ship into a cavern of ice. As they only fighter on our ship I find it will be hard to take care of everyone. This planet has native inhabitants that appear similar to us, but far more primitive. Not to mention they way they don't bat an eye at us when wondering into their towns creeps me out.
Skipping some day...
Day 7 The captain has been ignoring a lot of the ships going wrongs. He doesn't even want to leave this planet anymore. The rest of the crew for some reason also fell in love with this backwater stain. Yesterday Lousie started talking about marrying one of the inhabitants. He has only known her for 5 days and he says he fell in love! It is ridiculous. Thankfully I know some maintenance for the ship. I have been repairing the engines...
Day 26 Someone has been sabotaging my repairs, just yesterday I found the ship's wing shattered. Not to mention all of the crew has officially moved in. They found houses in the village own south and have completely ignoring me. If they wanted to stay so badly they didn't have to sabotage my repairs. Not to mention those damned centipede pets owned by the captain have been left behind. They broke from their tank and now I don't know where the hell they are.
Day 28 I have created supports so when the mountain begins freezing over I could live in the cavern. I have started hunting the reptiles of this planet for food. The rest of the crew have been eating with the village. Thankfully I don't have to do that. Using my ki blasts those dino monsters are pretty easy to kill the flying ones taste the best too. Reminds me of the Gummo beast back on home...
Skipping some more...
Day 56 I nearly died yesterday, I found one of those damned pink flowers wrapping around my foot. It nearly drained me of all my ki and ate me alive. I burned them, but they just grow back within the day. Thankfully they have stopped trying to eat me. Not to mention I can't get rid of all of them due to them keeping me warm. Sapping away all the cold from the area... It has been a disaster trying to fix the ship. It can't even fly anymore. Unfortunately I am going to have to settle down.
Day 96 Lousie has...impregnated one of those humans. My friend...What has become of you. He has completely stopped thinking about the stars. Our adventures. I miss him.
Day 297 I found those damned centipedes they breed into millions. Disgusting creatures they are. What's worse is they are all inbred monsters. I have seen a few with some...illnesses. I have also been feeling ill. I hope I hadn't contracted anything from them. Why would the captain ever keep such creatures for them to breed into millions in less than a year.
Day 301 I found out what has been making me sick. The fuel for the engines had fried, melted down into pure radiation. It has been like that for months! No wonder the plants have stopped trying to eat me. The first one tasted the radiation and left me be. Apparently the things don't like the taste of tumors.
I read a break in the logs...
I think this is...Year 3? I'm dying. I have have seen...other spaceships crash here. They have done the same as my crew. My friends. I have named this effect Summer-dale syndrome, they completely ignore the strange and focus solely on the mundane. A few creatures resist this effect, but almost all aliens that crash here fall victim and all the natural inhabitants. Some humans with ki like myself resist completely actively pursuing the strange. However others don't even seem to notice anything out of the mundane.
there is no longer any dates...
It has been a while and I have seal myself inside the cavern. I'm dying. I have been puking blood and I can not heal myself from my illness. Perhaps...Perhaps I should've joined Lousie when he left? However I have no regrets. May who ever finds me please protect this strange planet. I know it may seem like an odd request, but my people. They remain here, I want their descendants safe. We the triclops have officially died. May King Chilled burn in his grave for sending my friends here.
The log ends there...
----Z pov-----
One question is prevalent, did this man seriously make a joke about the strange behavior of people in dbz calling this shit summer-dale syndrome?
What a useless fucking read, at least I know some knew facts...Triclops like Tien are descendants of this guys crew. Those centipedes have ki and apparently earth is odd with how people behave. Honestly that might be due to the lack of the internet. I mean seriously they lacked cell towers and long range communication, but had planes and shit. It was ridiculous. Anyway, I guess I should head down the mountain. This really didn't tell me why this mountain is cursed, but that didn't really matter.
I would keep the log book and I took more samples and started taking photos of everything. Maybe Bulma can do something with them. Honestly skipping so many logs he made I don't want to skim it for any useful information...
----So how many know what I am referencing with the summerdale joke? I honestly think it will go over people heads. I think it is funny though and it totally applies to Dbz so i wrote it into this chapter...----
