The Wind Sanctuary Sapatel Wan Ce Jin was not actually a mage who primarily focused on Wind Skill.
He originally belonged to the Wan Ce Sect, whose mission was to "fully restore the glory of the Gray Fox Era." They pursued the ideal of [Complete Strategy of the Gray Fox], and were the sect most devoted to exploring relics and seizing heritage in the Wasteland. At its peak, the Wan Ce Sect even dared to attack the Tribulation Holy Temple to snatch their Gray Fox heritage.
Compared to the Tribulation Holy Temple, the Wan Ce Sect had an even more notorious reputation because while the Tribulation Holy Temple oppressed the surrounding areas, the Wan Ce Sect did not hesitate to traverse long distances for the sake of obtaining heritage, naturally spreading their infamy. However, due to the Wan Ce Sect executing long-distance tasks frequently, they could not request aid in a timely manner and were often found isolated and killed by the Ya Sha Jin Sect.
