[Berlin, 7:13 PM]
In a hospital ward not far from the European branch office, Soren stepped inside with a box of sushi in his hand.
The patient—a woman the same age as him yet bearing little resemblance—immediately brightened. "Soren! Aww, I thought you weren't coming!" she exclaimed, opening her arms wide.
Soren returned the hug, letting out a small sigh, concern evident on his face. "How did the surgery go, Serena? I hope it was successful."
"Of course it was! Don't worry about it—" Serena began cheerfully, but suddenly paused to sniff the air. "Wait… is that sushi for me?" Her eyes turned round and pleading like a puppy's.
Soren sighed again, though a faint smile tugged at his lips as he opened the box and placed it in front of his twin sister. "Well… if it helps you recover faster."
