Sixth Level : Super Kage
And for chakra control it will be measured with percentage starting level of chakra control is of course

For Strength, Agility and Intelegence here are the rankings.
1-5 stats it depends if one is part of a clan and what their routine is.
Student : 1-10 stat point
Genin : 10-20
Chunin : 20-35
Special Jonin: 35-50
Jonin : 50-100
Kage : 100-150
Super kage : 150+
For health the ranking system will be the typical ranking of ninjas.

Health rank will not increase simply like the basic stats the body of the user needs to have a physical change may be done by new bloodline, genes, and training
