The Red Sea
The large 2000-tonne battleships, escorted by frigates, clippers and other 1000-tonne and 1500-tonne battleships, sailed through the Red Sea like a king being escorted by his knights.
All the merchant ships in the region were immediately shocked and scared silly upon seeing such an imposing fleet sail into the depths of the Red Sea without pause. The ships coming out of the Red Sea, startled, gave way at once, while those heading in, upon noticing the pack of leviathans behind, immediately turned around, beelining for the shore without a second thought, waving white flags as they fled.
An ordinary Ottoman merchant patted his chest and let out a sigh of relief as he wiped the sweat from his drenched forehead. Yet, as he looked toward the horizon, a hint of worry remained etched on his face.
