Chapter 1202: An Obliteration Attack.
The attack on the Empire came as a surprise. Spatial distortions rippled through the conquered solar systems before the stars suddenly darkened, and an abomination emerged from them.
It had a grotesque, irregular black body with no fixed shape or defined symmetry. Its structure consisted of overlapping organic plates, a mixture of carapace and twisted metal, with sharp edges and surfaces that slowly contracted. Between these plates, masses of dark tissue moved, constantly reorganizing the structure of its body.
Its limbs varied in number and shape, sometimes appearing as elongated legs, curved claws, or thick appendages that extended into the surrounding environment. It had no defined face, only slits that opened and closed along its body, revealing internal structures filled with filaments and irregular teeth. These openings functioned as consumption organs, capable of enveloping and absorbing materials.
