This led many to believe that they had been destroyed at the end of the Previous Era, however that event had occurred.
Then again, as Arthur and the others were about to learn, they weren't exactly wrong.
Rule Breakers were hierarchical, as had been shown in the past, with Lostvayne even able to order another Rule Breaker to make a contract with someone they didn't want to.
With that in mind, it made perfect sense why Lostvayne had always been deferential to Celestia, even though he was the stronger weapon. The same Lostvayne who, by his own admission, was an 'arrogant sword.'
