We continued what we were doing. When I got tired I sat on the sand again and picked up my phone. I called Cheska because I promised her we are going to watch the sunset.
"Hi, sis. Are you home yet?" I asked when she answered my call.
"Not yet. I'm still here at work." She replied.
"Can you answer a call during your work?" I suddenly asked.
"Yes. I'm the boss here." She said arrogantly.
"Wow! You're complaining like a kid earlier." I teased her as I watch what my friends doing.
"Where are those with you? Where are the three girls?" Cheska asked. She ignored what I said.
I stood up and approached them. They greeted Cheska and they were talking endlessly. I stole my phone and sat again.
"I have some tea," I remembered that there will happen a proposal later.
"What's that again? About RealSeven?" Cheska asked dryly.
"No. Arthur will propose to your sister, later," I whispered.
Cheska's eyes widened. "W-Weeee?? Is true? I wanna talk to Arthur."
I stood up again and gave my phone to Arthur. "Cheska wants to talk to you."
Arthur walked away from Coleen. I just looked at Arthur and shifted my gaze to Coleen. I'm so happy for them. They have been together since grade 10 and now Arthur wants to open a new chapter in his life with Coleen.
"Why are you smiling?" Suddenly asked by the person from behind me.
I jumped in shock because Jacob suddenly appeared like a mushroom.
"Nothing. I'm just happy for my friends." I answered.
"Ahhh it's because of the proposal that will happen in a few minutes." Jacob looked straight into my eyes.
"Yup, and I can't wait to see her cry." I looked at Coleen as she's smiling while looking up in her kite.
Arthur immediately gave me my phone. "Help me later Louise huh? I'm very nervous."
"Yeah, sure! Congrats in advance, Arthur!" I gave him a wide smile before I returned to my seat.
"Omg! My sister was getting engaged." Cheska screamed on the other line. "Hays! I can't witness it in person. Please call me later huh? So I can see Arthur's proposal thingy."
"Of course. I'll call you again." I said, smiling.
"By the way, who's behind you? He's the one I always tell you I'm going to steal, isn't he? What's his name? Jacob?" Cheska said.
I frowned and looked back. I saw Jacob standing behind me while just looking straight ahead. I even forgot I'm talking to him earlier while Arthur was holding my phone.
"Jacob Oppa? Why are you standing there?" I asked. "Come and sit beside me."
"Oppa this is Cheska, she's my friend," I smiled.
"Hi, Cheska!" Jacob greeted her warmly.
"Hi, Jacob Oppa. Where's Karl?" Cheska asked again so I turned my phone back to me.
"Don't answer her question. S-She just wants to see Karl." I smiled awkwardly.
"He's with our friends right now," Jacob replied.
"Did you hear that Cheska? So don't ask again." I scolded her.
"Yes. Let's just watch the sunset. I don't want to see your face anymore." Cheska said, laughing out loud.
"Jackass," I answered before I pressed the back cam so that Cheska could see the sunset.
I even heard Cheska laugh before we fell silent. All I could hear was the noise of my companions and the waves.
"Oppa. Would you treasure these moments with us? Even though we don't know each other that much?" I asked as I didn't take my eyes off the setting sun.
"I will. I will treasure the moments I had in this resort with the beautiful people." I heard Jacob answer.
"Good to hear that." I smiled. "But can you promise me that we will continue what we have started in this resort? I mean the bond that we have made." I raised my little finger and smiled at him.
Jacob accepted it. "I promise."
We watched the sunset with Cheska. I feel comfortable when I'm with Jacob. I'm comfortable when I'm with other members but Jacob is different. He is a deep person and he also loves to read books. We can understand each other.
Everyone's activities ended with joy. And this is the night where Arthur will propose.
The boys will prepare everything while the girls will be with Coleen.
We are here in our room and we're all dressed up including my gay friends. I wore a casual white dress and I made my hair in a messy bun. Fortunately, Coleen didn't wonder why we were all dressed she didn't even ask.
"It's super fun staying here," Marie said while everyone was quiet.
"True. So relaxing and what ... I just can't explain it." Junior said.
I'm just waiting for Arthur's text so we can get out of this room. We talked for a few more hours before I received a notification from Arthur.
"Hey let's go outside I'm getting bored," I said but I secretly told my friends that everything was ready.
"Come on! I want to see RealSeven." Axel rode on to what I said.
We got up and went out. Laura and I clung to both of Coleen's arms.
"I'm happy for you," I whispered to Coleen.
Junior turned to us and covered Coleen's eyes with a handkerchief. We escorted her out of the hotel. We saw that they made a heart shape using candles and in the center of the heart shape was a table and two chairs. There are also petals scattered around.
"Hey, why did you cover my eyes? Shall we play hide and seek?" Coleen asked.
We just laughed at her quietly. We kept walking towards the center.
"It's beautiful," Laura whispered from beside me while looking at what the men did.
I let go of her hand and let them support her into the middle. I picked up my phone and then I called Cheska. As she answered it I immediately pressed the back cam so she will see what will happen. When Coleen went to the center, Haye removed her blindfold, and then Marry Me by Jason Derulo played. RealSeven danced in front of Coleen. I saw Coleen's tears flowing while watching RealSeven's performance. In the middle of it, Arthur was waiting while carrying a red box. I also cried because of the happiness I'm feeling right now. My friends were crying as well as Cheska on the other line.
After RealSeven's performance, Arthur went in front of Coleen. She was still crying non-stop.
"Love, we've been through a lot. You're always in my plans. I want to achieve my dreams with you," Arthur said while smiling but he was also in tears. "Our relationship is not perfect. But we would always still choose to fix our problems." And now he bursts into tears.
Coleen held him on his shoulder. "Shhh. Stop crying."
"I don't want us to be just boyfriends and girlfriends so I'll open a new chapter in our lives. Hope you say yes. Will you marry me?" Arthur asked as he knelt in front of Coleen.
My tears kept streaming down my face. Someone caressed my back, when I looked behind me it was Jacob and the RealSeven members were also there. Jacob smiled at me sweetly.
"Yes!" I heard Coleen say before she hugged Arthur tightly.
Why am I crying so much? You look like a fool, Louise.
We applauded and shouted for the newly engaged couple. The boys approached Arthur and congratulated him. I have tried many times to wipe my tears but it betrayed me. It's still flowing from my eyes.
I also want that to happen to me but I know it's vague.
"Louise, why are you still crying?" Axel noticed me before he held me on my shoulders.
I bowed because even I didn't know why I'm still crying. I used to be happy but I don't know what I am feeling right now.
I felt the embrace of my two gay friends.
"Shhhh. You look like a fool. Stop crying, Louise." Junior stroked my back with his hand.
I'm holding back but when they all hugged me I cried even more.
"S-Stop hugging me," I said while I'm still crying. "Don't comfort me, you should congratulate Coleen."
I let go of their embrace and said goodbye to Cheska. Coleen came over and hugged me tightly.
"Don't be sad. You can find the right man for you okay?" Coleen whispered to me. "I'm the first one who will get married but I also want to go to the wedding of Cloud 9, including you. You deserve everything good in this world. Maybe it's not the right time to meet your person. So don't get tired of waiting all right? Don't think that you're not good enough, for me you're too precious in this cruel world. You're more than enough for us." She let go of me.
"Why are you still crying?" Coleen asked, laughing at me as she wipes away my tears.
"I-I'm just happy for you." I smiled but my tears began to fall again from my eyes.
