As Hunter stood there debating how much he is going to hate this children's prison he could hear from the building
* ding, dong, ding, dong
Hunter was confused at first but then realised that it mush have been the bell Amy must have been on about.
Eventually hunter snapped out of his daze by two male students sprinting past he over hear the faster one say
"Hurry up or your going to be late"
Hunter took his first step onto the school grounds as he did he felt a shiver go down his spine.
As hunter was walking in the teacher at the gate said "your late now, But I don't believe I have seen your face before, what's your name kid?"
Hunter tilted his head to the left and could see a tall lean man in shorts, trainers and a tight t-shirt
"Who are you?" hunter replied
"I am the physical education (PE) teacher MR Fox, and I believe I asked you for your name." Mr fox said while squinting his eyes and folding his arms.
"The name's Hunter, don't forget it" a smirk appeared on hunters face as he maintained eye contact with the man.
"You look fit and strong, will I be expecting you on the school team?"
"no" Hunter didn't want to even be at the school let alone be on their team
Hunter walked on and entered the school office where he found the school's Headteacher awaiting his arrival.
"Ah welcome you must be Hunter lavender?" a smile appeared on the headteachers face as he greeted hunter
"yeah..., that's me." replied hunter
"Ok I shall take you to your class now, but before I do, You look like a strong young man are you interested in playing on the school team?"
"No" Hunter replied
The smile dropped and the mans tone changed "follow me"
Hunter was looking around the school while going to the class eventually the head teacher stopped and knocked on the door of a class.
"Wait here for a second please." the man said just before disappearing into the room.
Being inside or outside did't make a difference Hunter could hear everything anyway.
Inside the man was talking to the teacher "We have a new student joining us today after the class could you send a student to take him to get a school ID"
"Of course." The teacher replied.
The head teacher turned and walked out the door
"You can go in now"
Hunter opened the door and he entered he could feel the gaze of all 34 students and the teacher staring at him.
The teacher welcomed Hunter " Hello my name is mrs unison, Your a bit late but its your first day so its fine but I don't want it happening again, you have just joined in the start of the term and the classes have all been mixed so your just in time we was about to introduce ourselves, your seat is the empty one 5th row 5 across."
There was enough room for 35 students and one teacher per class. There were 6 rows of 5 for the students.
Hunter felt the slightest relief when he saw his seat it was right at the window near the back.
while approaching his seat he looked one to the left of his seat and instantly regretted the seat.
It was the girl he ran into on the way to school.
Hunter sat in his seat and looked to the girl then looked out the window.
Hunter was not paying attention and just looking out the window but he over heard the teacher say something like each student is going to stand up and introduce themselves.
"Hmm maybe I could find out the girls name" Hunter thought to himself
As everyone was staring and introducing themselves hunter noticed a blonde girl who looked familiar.
It was Amy, Looking around the class he also saw the two boys who ran into the school before they were late. Apart from the four he's seen he didn't recognise anyone else.
Finally what hunter has been waiting for had arrived.
The girl on his right had stood up
she said,
"Hello everyone I will be running for class president and my name is Charlotte."
She sat back down and the next person stood up but hunter didn't care and he leaned over and said
"Well hello Charlotte my name is Hunter sorry about this morning but if I'm correct you mum knows my mum right?"
Charlotte turned and looked at him and looked away.
Hunter was furious but at the same time intrigued by her ignoring him.
Hunter sat there wondering why she would just ignore him the it struck him he would try and get her attention.
When it was hunters turn he stood up tall
"Hello everyone my name is Hunter Lavender, It's really good to see you all and I hope we have a good school year together." He said while using his charming smile. Which was a cover up he didn't want to be there and he didn't wish everyone a good school year.
But nothing she didn't even look his way during his introduction.
On the other hand he did have the attention of every other girl in the class.
Sitting back down Hunter had spring up another genius idea, During charlottes introduction she said that she would run for class president so hunter would do the same.
Just as the class had finished the introductions the bell went and the teacher had asked someone to take hunter to the office to get a student ID
looking around all the girls had volunteered apart from one, charlotte
"Charlotte since you want to be class president could you take Hunter for his Id?" mrs unison said.
"Yes mrs" Charlotte replied with a smile.
As Hunter and Charlotte were walking to the office she was ignoring everything Hunter was saying until he finally got her attention with his plan.
"Im going to become student president not you." Hunter said
Charlotte stopped walking turned and looked at Hunter "listen up I don't like you, yes our mum's work together but that don't mean we are friends and stop trying to get my attention you're annoying, you have no chance of becoming student president anyway you don't even know your way around the school yet plus you have to be in a school activity I am leader of the drama club have been for the last year your not even in a club yet." Charlotte turned and stormed off in the direction they came from
Lost hunter was walking around trying to find the office until he could hear someone calling his name
"HUNTER" "HUNTER" "HUNTER"
He turned he could see Amy
"ah Amy I'm looking for the office I still need an ID"
"I thought Charlotte was taking you?" Amy said confused
"Its a long story, ill tell you on the way"
After Hunter had told Amy what happened between the two Amy started laughing
"It's ok hunter you have done nothing wrong it sounds like Charlotte is still sulking that you ran into her she should warm up soon well that would be the case if you didn't rub salt into the wound by saying your going to run for class president, Im her best friend and I would not do something that dangerous." Amy said jokingly
"We are here now Hunter just go in thought there"
"Thanks Amy"
Hunter disappeared into the office.
