Despite their reunion for the first time since Kahn entered Vantrea, the expected cordial meeting between both the God of Darkness and the Hero of Darkness suddenly turned sour and that of confrontation.
It was mainly because the original timeline's Kahn, aka the Martial Emperor, was supposed to take over the new Kahn's body and lead the upcoming crusade against the Demon God with his knowledge of future events; something that was agreed upon between him and the God of Darkness.
Instead, the future Kahn decided to let the current timeline's to stay in control and willingly passed away from the world. Hence, the God of Darkness was already both disappointed and angry.
Yet, the casual behavior the new Kahn displayed while conversing added more salt to the wound instead. And it greatly displeased the God of Death possessed the power to even kill the other Gods and Goddesses.
