Damon Mikealson, the 13th Successor to the Clan leader position of the Mikealson Clan, founded by Lezron Mikealson, who was hailed as the First Sage of the Rakos Empire when it was founded by Rathnaar Whitlock over a thousand years ago, now looked in disbelief as he saw the man waving at him.
Today was supposed to be their annual congregation of the Neutral Faction, where more than 300 thousand members of the faction, each holding a significant value and position in the outside world, had come as part of the tradition ever since the new empire's regime started over a century ago.
