Ning rode on the roof of the lead tanker, keeping watch far and wide. The northern regions of Conjora, though deserted, had a very cool atmosphere, so he had no trouble staying out during the noon.
It gave him the best view out of any other place and gave him enough room to react to any threats that might come out of nowhere. He sat and watched the terrain scroll past, rivers and mountains turning into plains. The journey here had taken him an hour when he flew by himself, but on the tanker it was going to take an entire day.
According to the drivers, they were going to reach the refinement facility sometime in the evening tomorrow. Once night fell, Silverstreak came out and climbed on top to have a conversation with Ning.
She seemed more than curious about Ning's powers and what he was capable of. A hero's powers weren't advertised as openly, so she only had some idea of what he could do and wondered what else he could do.
