"The prey around is getting scarcer."
"Due to the demands of the lords, even the nearby villages have no food for sale."
"If we want to purchase food, we have to either go to Boss Bang or use forceful means."
"Coincidentally, Lord Zong gave me 20,000 Dinars. I'm planning to procure a batch of food to sustain us until the defense challenge ends."
Jiang Yi stated bluntly.
Food reserves are a major issue for every lord.
Lords with higher development progress in the region generally have hundreds of residents.
Even those with average development have several dozen residents.
Altogether, it's not a small number.
The cultivated and agricultural areas of the villages in the region are quite large.
The output of basic agricultural products like food and meat is also abundant.
But this "abundance" is based on the original population of the village.
Since the arrival of lords, this supply and demand balance has been disrupted.
