Chapter 2 - CHAPTER 2: THE DESHIP

Beyond the boundaries of the Pax solar system, a nightmare approaches.

They are the Duplict—a ruthless, terrifying armada of space raiders. A single Duplict can live for up to 3,000 years, possessing immense physical strength and a terrifyingly cold tactical intelligence. In the galactic underworld, they are known as the ultimate resource harvesters. They

travel from solar system to solar system in a terrifying, planet-sized starship known simply as the Deship.

The Duplict's methodology is as flawless as it is brutal:

1. Infiltration& Suppression: They target a planet and deploy their massive armies to eliminate or enslave the dominant intelligent species.

2. Abduction: They kidnap and catalog any rare or exotic life forms to sell for exorbitant prices to the shadowy Space Merchants—the intergalactic brokers who will buy or sell anything in the universe, provided it has value.

3. Total Extraction: They anchor the Deship to the planet, strip-mining its crust and core until every single mineral, element, and heavy resource is completely depleted.

4. Annihilation: Once the planet is a hollow, lifeless husk, they detonate its core, obliterating the world entirely to prevent any surviving factions from seeking retaliation in the future.

Six thousand years ago, the Duplict entered the neighboring solar system of Pax, leaving a trail of shattered, asteroid-filled dead zones in their wake. Now, their sensors have locked onto Torol. They have detected the massive deposits of Element-Infinitix.

Yet, the Duplict were not always evil. Centuries ago, they were a proud, honorable spacefaring race. Their current cruelty is the result of a terrifying psychic enslavement.

The entire Duplict species is being mind controlled by a singular, horrific entity: The Undead King, Zoran.

Zoran is a creature of pure nightmare. Centuries ago, he was cursed by an ancient, nameless cosmic being. The curse granted him eternal

life, but stripped away his mortality in the cruelest way possible. Zoran can neither truly live nor truly die; his body has rotted away completely, leaving

behind nothing but a sentient, floating skeleton of bare bone.

Worse than his appearance is his affliction: the curse trapped him in a state of eternal, agonizing hunger. Because he has no flesh, no tongue, and no stomach, he can neither eat nor taste. As the millennia pass, this hunger only multiplies, driving him into absolute madness.

Over the centuries, Zoran discovered the only thing that brings a temporary, euphoric satisfaction to his agonizing hunger: the sight of

innocent civilizations being tortured, murdered, and erased from existence. He uses his unique psychic ability—the power to completely brainwash and control a single species at a time—to pilot the Duplict like a swarm of locusts, feeding

his sick desires with the deaths of worlds.

Now, the Deship is entering Torol's sector.

The wise, fading Nedoms are working tirelessly to protect their beloved Gaia, completely unaware that their internal security has been compromised by the corrupted Enigmas. They have no idea that a planet-killing dreadnought is about to rain hellfire upon their home.

If nothing is done, Torol will join the graveyard of

forgotten worlds. The trillions of innocent life forms, the ancient tech-civilization of the Nedoms, the sacred World Tree, and the unhatched Zeniork children sleeping in their quantum shells will all be reduced to space dust.

The clock is ticking. The Arch-Genocide of Torol is about to begin.
