I expected the fight to be a bit easier after I managed to succeed in hitting him but fate really does love showing me the middle finger. The boomer was just playing around before. He's still playing around, but now his punches hurt a lot more.
The seimei kikan technique is another pain in the ass. It's basically the movement technique I'm doing but without the aid of chakra, so the lag is still there, however I'm unable to exploit this opening due to the future sight.

Hundreds of clones popped up and stated to run away from the vice-admiral while the fogey was gob smacked at my brilliant plan.
I may be modern but I'm not like those insurance agents who would prioritize the best results! It's okay to gain only a little bit when you have nothing to lose after all. I managed to get stronger and even find out some cool techniques so it's absolutely fine!

Garp considered chasing after all of them but if these clones were all at least 40% strong as the true body then this would be a hassle. He could do it but it's too much effort so he decided to do something else.

A mountain of corpses, demolished buildings, a naked cybrog , and some devil fruit users all knocked up. Enel was haughtily looking down on the city while posing like the dark knight while robin was helping the civilians. She was a bit injured but otherwise she seemed fine.
Looks like I missed a small scrimmage...

The two of us clashed again and I was pushed back just like last time. He's using his battle aura to hit me before my fists can even make contact.
Although it was a surprise that this world had aura too, I wonder how many powers are in this world.
There's haki and aura so far, what next magic? divinity?
Either way, I need to learn this too! He's using his aura in a way I can't even begin to comprehend. All I see is a green gooey coating on his hands which reach me and transmit the multiplied impact of his punches. But that's it, there is nothing else he's shown me about his aura.
I have no idea what he's doing but I can surely use my vague weeb knowledge to utilize this aura, the same way they do in manga i.e. body reinforcement.
I recall a protagonist using his aura to umm....clear his organs and make his movements stronger? He did some voodoo shit and went hiyaaa right? I'll try doing that.
Closing my eyes I concentrated deep within me, deeper until I was separated from the outside world. It was all black around me. An infinite darkness absolute and eternal. I could hear a voice reaching out to me...a deep force rushing towards me and...hmm?

The desperation to block off aura attacks was the key, awakening aura is only possible if you intensely will it to happen. The shounen way! The only way to block aura attack is to use aura yourself. I was desperate to not get punched again.
Hence the spartan training I issued to the golden trio back then came back to bite me in the ass.
The last ingredient was probably plot amour but I don't want to give all the credit to luck so I'll only say that prodigies like me are a rare breed.
