She chuckled. "I shouldn't? Really, Andrew? Those rude comments online, calling me a gold digger and a bitch, do you think I wouldn't get affected? My reaction is just normal. I have feelings, too. I want to work so everyone could see me differently. I don't want you and Brie to get humiliated and criticized because of me."
"You don't really need to work." Andrew sighed. "But if that would lessen your anger toward those people and it would help you achieve something, then fine."
Her eyes widened. "Really?"
Andrew sighed again. "Yes. I got your point. But I don't want you to think that you didn't achieve anything."
"But I really didn't—"
"What about Brie? You, being her mother. It's an achievement, Nina. Our daughter is smart and has a good heart because of you. That is your greatest achievement. You don't need money to achieve anything or prove them that you're not someone they said you are because you are the most selfless woman for me." Andrew said in a gentle voice.
