Seth and Ruby watched as Anthony screamed and arched his back, pushing his chest forward and his gaze fixed in the ceiling.
"WHAT IS HAPPENING?" Ruby screamed. She stood up and walked to Ling, pulling at his robe. "What have you done to Anthony?"
"I have only freed him. Don't you see, My Princess?" Ling replied to the princess with his eyes fixed on Anthony, not blinking for even a second. Anthonung could go wrong and he would not be caught unawares. It was just as he suspected. This was a strong mark done by a seasoned practitioner of magic.
"See what?" Ruby looked at Abthny and watched as a mark that was silver in color appeared on his forehead while he screamed, then it faded off after a few seconds.
Anthony stopped screaming. He fell to the floor on his face while he heaved and struggled for breath.
"You will be fine, Anthony. You are clear now, and this wasn't your fault," Ling said as he stood where Ruby had him trapped with a part of his robe still in her fist.
