Alex arrived at the Sky God's palace again, followed by Sunflare. This time around, Bladedance wasn't there. When he walked into the place, he found the hall to be emptier than normal.
What previously had 4 regular Gods, 4 Celestials, a Fatekeeper, and his aunt now only had 2 Celestials and a single God whose cultivation base had reached a depth that Alex couldn't see.
With a bare bronze upper half, the War God sat before the Sky God, turning only when he sensed Alex's arrival. His expression didn't change much upon noticing Alex, though he did raise an eyebrow when he noticed Sunflare standing behind him.
He stood up and gave a subtle bow in greeting to the Celestial.
Sunflare looked at the man with a raised eyebrow. "You are the War God?" he asked.
"Is senior aware of me? I'm flattered," the War God said with a smile.
"Not really," Sunflare answered. "I just knew it would be you who was coming. I guess we all did."
