"Would you mind telling me what is happening?" Steelmind asked, looking at the two who were finishing their adjustments.
The Alchemy God looked toward the Death God, letting her speak, as he didn't want to accidentally reveal something she might have wanted to keep hidden.
"Well, I don't know what I can really say," Duskcorpse said. "As you can see, I am dying."
Steelmind nodded, sensing the degrading Death aura from the surroundings and even the woman herself. "That much I understand," he said. "But that can't be all of it, right? Of course, I won't push you to say anything you don't want to."
"No, that's fine," Duskcorpse said. "I think it might be better if you heard my situation more closely."
Steelmind raised an eyebrow. "Let's not do that in the hallway. Please, follow me."
