Bladedance asked around for a little longer before finally letting go of the people she had caught. Most of them hadn't even had a chance to come for Alex, so they got away with no wound on their body at all.
Only the woman that came for Alex first of all had both her arms cut off, but those could be healed with some healing pills.
The other beasts came, taking the humans away to be kept separately for now, before they decided how they would be dealt with.
Alex walked up to his master. "The Storm God was behind all of this? Did he know I had escaped?" he asked.
"Seems like it," Bladedance said. "They have apparently been searching ever since you left. But since we were essentially lost for so many years, they could never find you. Most of them came here years ago, but couldn't go anywhere and were forced right here. They've been waiting for a chance to return ever since."
Alex frowned. "How did he know I left? I got rid of his seal and everything."
