As logan was cultivating his heavenly body construction manual ....he was feeling so much pain that he almost fainted but through his sheer will he stay conscious and taking all pain in his body...due to his pain he didn't know that many changes were taking place in his body like his bone were getting more crystal clear as the time passing and also his blood getting more dark red and his other organs like stomach, heart, kidney etc were getting more strong and his skin also getting more white and also his muscles were getting dense...
By the time he woken up, the sun rises up and next day arrives....
Logan hurriedly checked his body and found that his body was more flexible and strong and he was already at the peak of essence refining stage. He was so happy as he know that previous owner took almost 2 years to reach peak of essence refining stage. He tried to sense surrounding essence around him and he found out that he felt like they were calling for him and like tamed cat they were dancing around his body and when he wanted he can easily absorb the essence around him and no essence leaked up....
He was happy to saw such magical effect of the manual....but sadly this method can only used by once and its effect varied from person to person....
he known that his cultivation journey will be more smooth sailing than previous time....

Now i had to sat down and meditate this cultivation fast before anyone came to meet me as logan was talking to himself he sat down and started meditation once more ....but as the time passes his breath getting more converged and after 1 hour finally his breadth were got completely merged and also his body looked like the previous state he was in...
Logan breaks his mediation by releasing deep breathe.....
"Ah finally my breath got converges now i had no worries of anyone founding any strange in my body".....said logan in happy tone
By the time logan breaks his cultivation Su qin also arrived his gate bringing him his morning food.
Knock Knock
"Senior, it's me Su qin i brings your food" said Su qin in respectful tone
"Okay Su qin come in" said logan
"Yes, senior" said Su qin as he opens the door and brings the food and puts the food near the logan's bed.....
30 minutes later and eating all the food Su qin brings logan felt himself completely full....
Su qin hastily picked all the dishes and just when he turned to leave the place Logan called him
"Su qin"...Logan said
"yes, senior do u need anything else" said Su qin nervously
seeing Su qin nervous reaction logan wanted to laugh but he stopped himself and after some contemplation he thought it would be best to let him leave ...
"Nothing Su qin You can leave" said logan in neutral tone
Su qin hurriedly leave the room and seeing his hastily running like he saw some kind of devil .....logan's lips twiched
