I have been thinking for these past week about something
Where do i find the Shadow Kings Inheritance? Interested to know who is he?
The Shadow King was one of the 9 Previous Kings of the Immortal realm, in order to become a king, the heavens must recognize you and grant you a title
one of the ways is by defeating one of the current 9 Kings
Another way is that if one of the Kings suddenly disappear or die you will take the King's test and surpass the score of the King you want to replace
The Shadow King was just like me, He was considered the most mysterious among the 9 Kings of their generation
all that was known about him is that he was a necromancer, he is not the typical necromancer there is
for the other necromancer's they have to give an equivalent amount of sacrifice in order to gain a single undead and what's more if there undead gets destroyed it doesn't regenerate by itself
but the Shadow King is different, his Undead army gained the nickname "The Immortal Army" because even if you destroy their whole body as long as there is Qi in the Host's body they will regenerate, and also they were all made of shadows and they are extremely loyal towards their host
and if ever the host runs out of Qi they will just return towards the host's shadow
(A/N: yup solo leveling reference hehehe)
And in order for me to reach the 10th stage of the Immortal Shadow Divine Body i have to receive his inheritance and have his Bloodline
and what frustrates me the most is i have no clue of where his Inheritance is
but one thing that confirms it is that the Shadow King is already dead, why? well the technique said so
if I'm not mistaken, the Immortal Shadow Divine Body was created by the Shadow King himself
right now im trying to breakthrough the 4th stage of body refining
2 days ago i manage to breakthrough 3rd stage and reach the peak of the 3rd stage and i am trying to using the remaining qi from the beast core to breakthrough once more
also in this week i started training my sword technique, well i can't just straight away cultivate those sword techniques from my memories i dont even understand the way to use the sword properly
so im learning the basic way, good thing i listened to all the sword lectures of the sword sage back in the immortal realm
i mean listening to him was for me to pass my boredom and look it's actually useful to me now
I'm actually more of a dagger user, i mean it compliments more if used together with the Immortal Shadow Divine Body
*crack*
"god damnit, the beast core shattered i wasn't able to
breakthrough to the 4th stage, i was just few inches away from breaking through" i said frustratingly
i need to look again for demon beast to get more beast core, ahh wait i remember that the Swift Star Wolf King was on that cave from before
i should kill it, with its beast core i might be able to breakthrough the 6th stage or maybe even the 7th stage
i need to train the Devouring Heavens to minor accomplishment so that i can replenish my energy and qi in whatever i eat
at the introductory stage of the Devouring Heavens Technique, you can absorb literally anything that has qi
at the minor accomplishment everything that i eat or absorb can replenish my energy and qi
at the Major accomplishment i can absorb anything that has Qi and raise my cultivation, but i cannot absorb anything more than my body can handle
At the Mastery realm i can absorb Bloodlines from other people and then i can gain the powers of their bloodline and then i can use it for myself no matter how high level the bloodline is, but i can't use the powers of 2 Bloodlines at the same time
In the Grandmaster realm it was said that you can even devour a mortal realms, Realm Core to increase your cultivation without the body exploding
And at the Legendary realm you can devour an entire Dimension Realm, the so called Dimension Realms are the Mortal realm, the Saint realm, and the Immortal real
If you reach the highest level in your dimension realm you can ascend to a higher dimension realm
for example if you breakthrough the pinnacle of this Mortal realm you can Ascend to the Saint realm and the same thing happens if you reach the peak of the Saint realm you can ascend to the Immortal realm
For now those levels are far from my reach, i should focus currently at the matters at my hand
I started looking for the cave dwelling of the Swift Star Wolf King, with my current speed i reached its dwelling within 30 minutes
since its dark inside my Shadow has advantage, i should fight and distract the Wolf King at the same time then i will let my Shadow deliver the finishing blow
As i start walking towards the cave i sensed rich qi in the surroundings area of the cave
that should not be possible except if there are treasures or something in the area
"Hey shadow blend in inside cave and wait for my signal to attack, here take this dagger with you and hide your presence completely, that wolf might be able to sense you" i told shadow
Shadow nodded and his body slowly dissipate like smoke and blend in inside the cave
hah him doing that is so cool, to bad i can't do that at the Shadow strengthening stage as i need to be at the Shadow Fusion stage
so i quickly formulated my plan and walked silently without a sound
walking without sound has always been my habit even when i was one of the 9 Kings back then
it's not really hard to walk without sound its just that it requires extreme control on your body
as i continue walking inside the cave, i finally found the reason for the rich amount of qi inside the cave
"Oh shit it's actually the Purple Yang Fruit, if i can get that i can guarantee reach the 9th stage right away" i said it silently with an excited face
then i immediately got into serious mode and slowly walked towards the Swift Star Wolf King
The Swift Star Wolf King has its silver silk like fur that seems to shine like the star
Then I draw my sword and got into the first stance of Basic sword art and immediately dashed towards the Wolf King and slash downwards
and then the Wolf King suddenly opened its eyes and jumped away from its position and immediately growled at me with its killing intent
"hoo you can actually dodge that you really live up to your name the Swift Star Wolf King" i said with an amused face
The Wolf King's killing intent just intensified then directly pounced towards me and then it claw suddenly extended and became sharper and with its claws it swiped it towards me
I block it claws with my sword
"Are you trying to scare me with that weak killing intent of yours? let me show what a true killing intent actually is" i said t
then i released my killing intent that was honed for 10,000 years and directed it towards the Wolf King
The Wolf King immediately retreated with its body shivering, and the same time it was whimpering like a dog
"HAHAHA good... good stay like that like a good little puppy you are" i said and dashed towards the Wolf King and aimed for its neck
the Wolf King tried to defend with its claws
"ShADOW ATTACK NOW" I shouted
with its beastial instinct it looked towards it back and found shadow who dashed towards him holding a dagger at his right hand
"HEY DO YOU KNOW IT NOT GOOD TO LOOK AT YOUR BACK IF YOU ARE FACING AN ENEMY" i shouted and then it looked towards me right away to defend
too bad i was fast enough and immediately slashed it's neck, but the neck was kinda hard and was only cut halfway through
then shadow finished the job by completely cutting its head down
Blood splashed from its neck and the Wolf King's body dropped to the ground
"ha finally your dead, hey shadow get its beast core and dissect its body its my dinner for tonight" i said to shadow
I went directly to the Purple Yang Fruit and inspected it
" ahh its this fruit has actually just ripen finally i can reach the 9th stage of body refining"
then shadow came to me and gave me the beast core
Now lets start cultivating...
