Ryu's hand rested at Aito's waist, thumb rubbing slow circles over the fabric of his ivory shirt. “You were scared, weren’t you?” he asked.
“More like nervous,” Aito replied, pulling away just enough to look at Ryu's handsome face. “And uncomfortable. I hated being around him.”
“I’m sorry you had to do that,” Ryu said, brushing a strand of blonde hair from Aito's face. “You know I was against you meeting him in the first place, but you’re so stubborn.”
Aito giggled. “I know. I just really wanted to help.”
Ryu understood. And Aito did help. It was because of him that their plan was working well.
So Ryu only smiled and reached for Aito's hand, gently pulling him along toward the guest room. “Wanna take a shower before dinner?”
“Definitely,” Aito replied, following him. He couldn't wait to take off the clothes and scrub himself clean. He'd also brush his teeth while he was at it.
