"So, Mana and Raven, are you two going to run the fan club?" Headmistress Ana asked curiously.
Mana shook her head. "I'll hang around on the side lines and help the club as a member. I won't be in charge," she replied. She looked at the students in front of her. "You will need a President and a Vice President for the club, as well as a committee which will take up the core tasks. Do we have any volunteers?"
A huge number of arms shot up in the air immediately!
Mana smiled, having more or less expected this response. Who asked their little baby dragons to be so adorable?
"We could have an election, then. All members can vote for the President and the Vice President, and the two of them can either choose the rest of the committee members themselves or hold elections for those as well. You can also hold elections periodically to ensure that things remain fair," Mana suggested. She looked at the stuttering student. "How many members do you estimate you will have right away?"
