Gemez Fortress is not an experienced Celestial Star, as he grew up in an isolated world with no elder Celestial Stars to aid him. All his abilities are either innate or self-taught.
It's not like the outside world, where the void is filled with Celestial Stars. Before the Time-Space Ancient Dragon and Exotic Ghosts appeared, nearby Celestial Stars would communicate with each other, like when a new Celestial Star emerged, the surrounding stars would flicker with starlight to convey their congratulations.
If the new Celestial Star had any doubts, they could also consult their predecessors nearby.
If instead a native Celestial Star was born directly in the outside world, they would receive even more care and assistance. Many senior Celestial Stars are willing to teach these newborn stars firsthand how to become better Celestial Stars.
