Anthony asked, "You mean it awakened consciousness and became the new Ancient Vine? The Ancient Vine is actually just an autonomous consciousness form of the Ancient Man Snake's larva?"
"Exactly," the Old Vine replied.
Negris asked, "So if we let it root somewhere, will it grow into the size of the Ancient Man Snake?"
"It can indeed, but the Ancient Man Snake grew so large because it parasitized the Tree of Ten Thousand Realms. Without it, it couldn't grow that big," the Old Vine said.
"I see, but even if it grew that large, it couldn't beat the Master of Stars and ended up fleeing in fright," Negris commented.
The Old Vine didn't know what to say for a moment; the Ancient Man Snake was just a parasitic plant, so it was normal that it couldn't defeat the Incremental Body. Even the Tree of Ten Thousand Realms couldn't defeat the Incremental Body; these plants are not meant for battle.
