I saw a meme the other day comparing asta and izuku(note to self: put that meme in this paragraph), and decided to make it a fic
.
A lot of people already give izuku a hard time for insisting his entire life on becoming a hero but still never going to gym or getting suport gear or anything realy to prepare for hero life. So, i want izuku to see someone who TRULY never let his status as "quirkless" stop him from becoming a hero. Mc will NOT have any superpowers(be that at birth, or from getting one later down the line like izuku did with one for all), he will not hide the fact that he is quirkless and will still prove to be an effective hero, mc will be a beacon of inspiration for those who are quirkless or have bad quirks, and he will preach that hard work can trump natural talent(a là rock lee from naruto)

To keep with the "asta" theme, mc will get a sword from the suport department, one made with a special metal that nullifies quirk energy, but this will be something entirely "in universe", it WON'T be something mc got from the black clover universe, it will just be a plain sword made out of already existing metal, metal that IS already widely used in-universe to make quirk-supressing handcuffs and jail cells long before mc was born!

I want izuku to one day offer one for all to mc, and i want mc to decline it, stating that "using a cheat like that would make him and hypocrite and do more harm then good because the message he is trying to send would be moot, that and he can get by without a quirk when izuku clearly can't, so izuku should keep it as he needs it more then mc"

I also had the idea of making mc be "tony stark" or "batman" (or any other character realy that does not rely on supernatural powers to kick a*s) instead of "asta", so maybe they are ideas for other fics :)
