In the training ground opposite his house, Fujin stood in front of Takeshi and said, "Since I already praised your strength yesterday, I won't analyze your strengths again today. You are well aware of them. Instead, I'll focus on what you lack."
Takeshi frowned and muttered, "What I lack?"
Fujin nodded, "Your attacks lacked the lethality that Yuji and Sayaka possess. Though there's no question of the destructiveness of your Scorch Release, they are slightly slow. Any capable ninja will dodge your Scorch jutsus and be far away from the explosion point. By comparison, your Wind jutsus are faster. Unfortunately, they lack the deadly power of your Scorch jutsus."
Takeshi immediately agreed, "That's true. Another problem I face is that my Scorch jutsus interfere with my teammates' Ice jutsus. That restricts me during our spars."
Fujin replied, "Hmm, though I didn't intend for it, what I plan to teach you may also help you in this area. That said, don't reduce your focus on your Scorch Release just because of your teammates. You five won't always stay together."
Takeshi nodded, "Of course, Sensei. Can you teach me the Wind Vacuum Technique now?"
A glint appeared in Takeshi's eyes. It was obvious how excited he was to learn this deadly technique. Fujin chuckled, "Now now, don't get too excited. As I said yesterday, this technique is extremely difficult to learn."
Fujin's tone became extremely serious as he added, "In addition, this technique is extremely dangerous. If you mess up, you can die. So, calm yourself and prepare for the training."
Takeshi was surprised to learn how dangerous the technique was to the user. He took a few deep breaths to calm himself and said, "I'm ready, Sensei."
Fujin said, "Good. Now, tell me what you know about vacuum…?"
Half a dozen years ago, Hiruzen had asked the same question to Fujin. Back then, Fujin never imagined him passing this technique onto someone else, let alone merely 6 years later.
Luckily, the Anbu Trainers had also covered the theoretical studies for the trainees. Fujin didn't need to explain what Vacuum was or its properties to Takeshi. After hearing his answer, Fujin nodded, "Good. Wind Vacuum Technique works on the same principle. Concentrate chakra in your eyes and observe carefully."
Takeshi followed his instructions as Fujin raised his right hand and created a wind sphere in his palm. Fujin explained, "The only difference between normal Wind jutsus and Wind Vacuum jutsus is the presence of the vacuum core. Theoretically, you could transform every Wind jutsu into a Vacuum jutsu. Of course, that's easier said than done. Creating a vacuum core is a complicated matter. Focus at the center of this sphere. I'll show you one of the simplest vacuum cores."
Takeshi observed carefully as the winds at the center of the sphere started moving away. In a few seconds, all winds had moved away from the center. Takeshi observed in awe, 'What a control over the winds! The winds are moving such that nothing flows through the center. And, due to the winds, no outside air can enter the center. Though it sounds simple, I can't imagine anyone else doing it as effortlessly and smoothly as Sensei!'
Fujin pointed his palm at one of the rocks and shot the Vacuum Sphere. Needless to say, it pierced straight through it before collapsing. Fujin said, "Now you try to create a vacuum core…"
Under Fujin's guidance, Takeshi began practicing.

While Fujin trained Takeshi in the training ground, Yuji looked at Fujin's clone and wondered, 'Sensei's talent in Lightning Release is bad. From what I know, he only knows a few rank E and D Lightning jutsus. I wonder how he'll teach me.'
Standing in his basement, Fujin's clone said, "That's what I wondered the most as well."
"Huh?" His reply caught Yuji off guard. He sheepishly asked, "Can you read thoughts now, Sensei?"
Fujin's clone replied, "Normally no, but yours were written on your thick forehead."
'...'
Yuji wasn't sure how to respond. Not wanting to continue the matter, Yuji asked, "Anyway, what idea did you think of, Sensei?"
Instead of answering, Fujin's clone asked, "Before I answer you, do you know the Lightning Chakra Mode of the Third and Fourth Raikage?"
Yuji nodded and answered him enthusiastically. As a ninja who specialized in Lightning and Storm Release, that was a technique he was most fascinated by. As he spoke, Yuji thought, 'Woah! I shouldn't have underestimated Sensei! Did he get inspiration from the Raikage's technique?'
Fujin's clone nodded in approval. Yuji knew every publicly available information about the Lightning Chakra Mode. He said, "Good, you'll be recreating it."
'...'
Once again, Yuji was left speechless! He had high hopes but never expected some so outrageous. He stared at the clone, expecting Fujin to call it a joke. However, the seriousness never left the eyes of Fujin's clone. Unable to bear the silence, Yuji asked in frustration, "How am I supposed to recreate that technique? There are only 2 ninjas who ever learnt that and both became the Raikage!"
Fujin's clone smirked, "Where's the fun in learning something that everyone can learn?"
Yuji grumbled, "Easy for you to say. You don't have any affinity towards Lightning! How are you supposed to guide me?"
Fujin's clone chuckled, "Of course, I can't. I don't even know any rank C Lightning jutsus. However, that doesn't mean no one else can. Since you'll be learning the Fourth Raikage's technique, he'll guide you."
'What the fuck???' Yuji looked at Fujin's clone as if he had heard the stupidest thing. No sane person would ever imagine the Fourth Raikage teaching Kumogakure's most prized technique to a Konoha ninja. Yet, Fujin's clone had said that very thing.
Yuji saw as Fujin's clone weaved a hand seal and said, "Don't resist!"
Yuji immediately felt Fujin's chakra influencing his chakra flow and casting a Genjutsu on him. He restrained his instincts and didn't disrupt his chakra. His vision was covered by mist for a few seconds before it began clearing up.
He looked around to notice that his surroundings hadn't changed one bit. There was only one difference. Instead of Fujin's clone, the Fourth Raikage was standing in front of him!
Before he could understand Fujin's plan, the 'Fourth Raikage' spoke in Fujin's voice, "I had a lucky encounter with the Raikage during my recent travels. I got an opportunity to see his technique closely and analyze it thoroughly."
Yuji gulped nervously as he thought, 'Only Sensei would call an encounter with the Fourth Raikage as lucky. What level has he reached to consider a battle against someone like that a training opportunity?'
Fujin's clone continued, "I spent quite some time studying his technique after my lucky encounter. I believe I have decoded his technique enough to recreate it. It ain't guaranteed but is definitely worth a try. Unfortunately, my affinity to Lightning is terrible. So, this knowledge is more or less useless for me. Luckily for you, your affinity to Lightning is among the best. So, you have a shot at learning this technique."
Yuji nodded, understanding how precious this opportunity was. Even if he failed to completely master the technique, Yuji understood he would benefit heavily even if he grasped just some aspects of the technique.
Fujin's clone continued, 'While I can't guide you normally, it isn't an issue for me inside a Genjutsu. Here, I can freely manipulate Lightning as well as any ninja. Of course, my chakra flow may not be accurate as I'll be manipulating it based on how I recall the Raikage did. So, you'll have to correct my mistakes and then copy me."
As he spoke, a Lightning armor appeared around the 'Fourth Raikage'. Fujin's clone instructed, "This is how the Lightning Chakra Mode looks. Observe carefully."
Yuji didn't need to be told twice. Even before Fujin's clone spoke, Yuji's eyes were glued to the Lightning flowing through his body. After a couple of minutes, Yuji sighed, "This technique is incredible… I can't imagine sustaining so much lightning for so long…"
Fujin's clone said, "Don't worry. I have broken the process down in steps. You'll start taking the baby steps today. As for completely mastering this technique, it'll take you years or perhaps even over a decade. And, that's assuming you master it at all."
Yuji nodded seriously. Fujin's clone said, "Anyway, I'm sure you have guessed who'll hunt you once you master this technique."
Yuji's expression became pale as he muttered, "The Raika… No, the entire Kumogakure!"
