The pleasantries were out of the way and I was finally going to get the truth of the predicament I was in. The reason Cecilia did all she did for me.
"I fought you, to death and back. That should be my part of the bargain. Now tell me what you people are hiding from me." I thought perhaps there would be closure there.
"Yeah, I guess we've stalled enough." He'd look to the sky in a hurry. "I'm being summoned? Well..." He'd look to me as if he'd been caught somewhere he shouldn't have been.
"You're joking?" I'd feel the purple mana churn for a while.
I would have to concede that there were more important things than me though, especially seeing who I was talking to. I'd calm my self.
"I am, hehe..." He had a smug smile pulling his face together.
The mana would explode instinctually and I took no steps to control it then, it was liberating, calming to an uncomfortable degree. The area would be tainted purple, flashes of gold about it.
