"Know what?" Wang Jingyuan was confused by Xie Yixiang's seemingly out-of-place statement. "Are you talking about your health again? Yixiang, I don't want to hear anything about how you know you don't have much time left. You don't know that. You are going to beat the plague, and you are going to be just fine."
"No, that's not what I meant." Xie Yixiang shook her head. There was a mix of emotions in her eyes when she looked at Wang Jingyuan. "Jing-Jing, I…" She seemed to struggle with her words. "I know about you and Wenbo."
Wang Jingyuan froze. She blinked at Xie Yixiang as she tried to figure out how to respond and the implications. Xie Yixiang knows? How did she find out? Did Shao Wenbo tell her? Why is she telling her this?
The room was suddenly too quiet. Wang Jingyuan forced a small chuckle and averted her gaze as she tried to maintain her composure.
