The power of Lust was a power that would kill them, for it would not simply burn their bodies or tear their souls apart like Wrath or Gluttony, but would keep them still, distract them, entice them, and finally entrap them in a desire that would make them forget the battle, the pursuers, the Cardinal, and even the path that they had to walk.
The Cardinals would have means to resist it with how fast they were going, and Emeros knew that if he injected all Lust into Simera, she would lose control of herself and leap at him, and Lust acting in such a manner would entice Emeros as well, for he knew that it was contagious, and if Simera gave herself to him in that state, he would also lose control and sin.
