As soon as the Soldiers realized that Pars was on my side, they started shooting. I couldn't wait for Pars to get us out of here, so I had no choice but to use my powers. The moment I used my powers, we were teleported to the roof of one of the buildings in the city. Pars groaned in pain because I fell on him. "That was just what the doctor ordered," I said while trying to get up and not understand where we are. Pars sighed and got up and came over to me.
I didn't know which building we were on in New York, but when I sat on the edge of the roof and looked at the city lights and tall buildings, Pars sat next to me. We were in trouble, but I no longer cared enough to sit with him on the roof of a building in the dark.
"Why did you come so late?"
