As I stepped out, they followed suite and I could hear murmuring behind me and it ended with a little laughter from the foolish blondie.
'Do you know where you're even going, geek glasses?' She asked and I stopped because I didn't know exactly where I was going, but I needed to go to the garden because that's what chills me out. I suddenly my phone beeped and I brought it out to see it was a message from Jace. 'Wait! I know where you are headed to, so I'll take you there!' I just turned to stare at him.
'Baaby, let's head to the garden for some quick routine check!' Jace said and walked forward with Stacey as I followed from behind.
We walked awhile, until we got to a place were curtains were hung. We walked pass it and lo and behold, there was, in front of me the most beautiful garden I have ever seen. 'Was this real?' I asked myself. There were grasses like chives, rosemary, dill, cilantro, sage and bay; flowers like roses, daises, hibiscus, sunflower, and so on. They were torchlights placed around the place and I knew it will look magical by night. I breathed in the fresh smell of the garden and found a hammock to lay and read or sleep. I went over to it, just then someone drew me back.
'You have better clear your path away from Jace or else.....' Stacey threatened as I turned to face her.
'Look Miss' I am too perfect' , I don't have your freaking time. Keep those threats to yourself or you give them to someone else who actually cares!' I said removing her hand from my arm and began walking towards the hammock.
'And so you know, if I wanted to I can take him away from you with the twinkle of an eye!' I said before jumping onto the hammock and laying down. I looked at her and she fumed with anger and I smiled at her which got her more angry, but when Jace called she smiled before going to him. I heard 'Let's go somewhere without this pest disturbance!' from Stacey.
'You will treat her with respect, am I clear on that?' Jace answered and I raised an eyebrow at her as she stared at me.'I came here to chill not get annoyed by this blondie Stacey, so that is what I'll do'. I told myself as I started reading my novel.
