Everyone looked far ahead and witnessed ten red-masked Law Devourers charging toward the city at full speed.
The armored goddess, who used a strong Law of Waters earlier, stared at the distance and mumbled, "I can handle nine alone, but ten... I have yet to master my sub-laws."
"This is not good."
She skimmed the battlefield and wondered if somebody could handle a Super God Law Devourer. However, the best person she could find was Zwein, who was already busy with a hundred God Law Devourers.
She clenched her black dragon spear, "It seems I can only try my best for now."
"Leave it to me." A voice appeared beside her.
The armored goddess's eyes widened as she finally sensed someone was standing beside her all this time. She glanced at Yunlong and couldn't help but frown.
"You... A newcomer?"
Yunlong smiled faintly, "Yes, is there something wrong?"
"Are you sure you can handle a Super God Law Devourer?" asked the armor-wearing goddess. "This is not a game."
Yunlong observed the red-masked creature not far away, "I am."
"Very well." The armored goddess adjusted her mood.
"Even if you can't handle it, at least keep it busy for a few minutes until I kill the rest."
Yunlong rested Draupnir Blood on his shoulder, "Well, we will see about that."
After Yunlong spoke that, the armored goddess immediately rushed to the nine red-masked Law Devourers and employed her Law of Water to the max, causing a destructive tide to appear and push the weaklings away.
Yunlong used his Sharingan and observed how she operated the Law of Water, learning from her every move. "She's a better water user than Poseidon."

At first, Yunlong thought she was human but noticed the blue sword marking beneath her slightly longer ears like an elf.
"Amelia," The armored woman introduced herself. "My name is Amelia Chronowelt."
"What about you?"
Yunlong raised his eyebrow, "Yunlong."
"Yunlong..." Amelia pondered. "Someone from Heaven Ascension Descent, I assume."
"No wonder I feel a faint Immortal Qi from you."
"On top of that, your mastery over laws is solid."
"Coupled with that spear technique, you must be from a famous Heritage or Clan."
Yunlong smiled, "Something like that."
Amelia nodded, "Being vigilant is good. Advice from me. Never reveal your "true" background until you're confident enough."
"Oh?" Yunlong pointed at the Zwein in his red armor. "Then, how come that Zwein guy introduced himself so bravely?"
Amelia also looked at Zwein and replied indifferently, "He's nothing but a person who has lost hope. According to my intel, Zwein has stayed in the Sixth Layer of Heaven for 17,000 years and didn't plan to push forward."
