The entire room seemed to quiet down all of a sudden.
Lu Haotian glanced at the red rashes on Xia Yangyang's body.
Sitting down, he picked up the aloe gel that Gu Qichen had just placed nearby and said to Xia Yangyang, "Let me apply it for you."
Xia Yangyang, however, refused. She directly pulled down the sleeves on her arms and said softly, "No need, it's much better already."
Xia Yangyang's refusal made Lu Haotian feel like needles were pricking his heart.
But clearly, she didn't refuse Gu Qichen earlier.
Now, Lu Haotian could clearly sense the growing intimacy between Xia Yangyang and Gu Qichen.
While toward him, there seemed to be a deliberate distance.
