Bai Qingling was slightly astonished when she saw Chu Junming making breakfast in the kitchen.
Up so early?
She called out to him from a few meters away, "Chu Junming, why are you up making breakfast now?"
"Good morning."
Chu Junming was unaware that Bai Qingling was on the phone with her father.
Upon hearing her voice, he turned around and gave her a gentle smile, his voice clear and cheerful.
Bai Qingling walked toward him with her phone in hand, "My dad wants to talk to you. Answer the call first."
Chu Junming hesitated slightly, glanced at her phone, and reached to turn off the stove.
In the pan, he was frying eggs in heart-shaped molds.
Bai Qingling reached out to stop him, "Don't turn off the stove. I'll watch it. You take the call."
As Chu Junming reached for the phone, she suddenly remembered her dad was a bit angry earlier, considering Chu Junming was making her breakfast.
