When Jing Xiaocha came out of the shower, she saw Wen Jin leaning on the sofa, his head tilted to one side, seemingly asleep.
She had a hint of surprise in her eyes, approached him, and gently called, "Brother Wen."
Only then did Wen Jin slowly open his eyes.
His eyes, usually clear and gentle, now carried a trace of sleepiness as he apologized, "I fell asleep without realizing it."
"Brother Wen, you should go back to your room and rest."
Jing Xiaocha felt sorry for Wen Jin's exhaustion; he hadn't stopped since returning from his business trip, first going to the hospital, and then being with her until now.
He must be worn out.
"Did you finish showering? Did you manage not to wet the wound?"
Wen Jin glanced at her right arm and asked with concern.
Jing Xiaocha quickly shook her head, "I was very careful, I didn't get the wound wet."
