Bai Yiyi put Tongtong to sleep and returned to the room, seeing Gu Kai sitting on the sofa, idly playing a mobile game.
"Didn't I ask you to go back first? Why haven't you left?"
Bai Yiyi walked to the front of the sofa, frowning as she looked at him.
Gu Kai looked up, meeting her displeased gaze. He smiled, exited the game, placed his phone on the coffee table, opened the drawer, and took out a tube of ointment, "This is for you."
"What is it?"
Bai Yiyi's eyes flashed with a hint of confusion as she hesitantly reached out her hand.
Gu Kai took her hand with the momentum, pulling her to sit beside him, and waved the ointment before her eyes, gently explaining, "Didn't I say this afternoon to go to the hospital to get you some ointment? I got it then, but Aunt Bai was there, and I didn't have the chance to give it to you."
"You, I don't need this."
Bai Yiyi's face heated up, a hint of shyness coloring her brows.
