It takes an amazingly ignorant person to believe such lies are true, yet most people in the Federation believe it's real; whether it be the Federation Government or the leaders of countries around the world, they are either members of the Saint Harmony Association or controlled by it.
Even more astonishing is that as the behind-the-scenes ruler of the world, the Saint Harmony Association has never denied this rumor; they tacitly approve of it, further boosting the Association's notoriety.
