"And you just stood there simply watching me?"
My mother spoke with a little pout on her face, she brought out the little child in her whenever she was with me, as I, with a smile, replied.
"What can I say? I was so mesmerised by the beauty doing it that I just lost myself in watching."
My words earned a small light blush on my mother's cheeks as she replied with a light punch to my shoulder.
"That smooth tongue is the reason for most of your trouble."
Hearing her words, I smiled, though not long after, my expression turned serious, after which I spoke.
"Thank you."
My words made my mother's smile fade a little as she replied.
"What for?"
Her eyes had a strong level of judgment in them as I spoke.
"For not telling them the whole truth, if they also knew about Celestinia, it would have broken them completely."
