When Deborah finished her words, the focus of all gaze was on Baybars. The man who was the target of the woman who was the Leader of the Far Circle could not afford to waste time. Using the Elemental Energy he had mastered, he moved to carry out the command.
After a few tens of breaths, he opened the solid black door and even made the mistake of sticking his head in to shout, but a hand that gripped his entire head along with his face stopped him. Mel stood at the door in all his majesty, climbing the stairs to Kapo's bewilderment and calling out to Baybars, who was frozen as he passed the stone arch.
"Let's go!"
One word was enough to thaw the tall man. He slammed the door with one hand, then locked it in one blow and managed to catch up with Mel. There was no further conversation between the two men, preferring to keep their silence for a short time it took until everyone in the Far Circle had gathered.
