(Mobile-City Regio's)
Sitting upon a leather seat was a young man with long silver hair and eyes. Upon the bridge of his nose were a pair of round glasses. Currently, his brow was creased downward into a frown, and his shoulders sagged as a white-gloved hand massaged his aching temple.
Currently, his eyes were gazing out a large window, his gaze lingering over the vast buildings below him. It was brief before his eyes slowly went upwards. Covering the sky above was a large glass dome, its surface reflecting the rays of light from the sun. Once upon a time, he once gander at the large dome and looked upon its glory and remanence. Now, he no longer can gander at its glory, for his eyes landed upon a giant black monolith in the distance.
A shiver passed through his body as a disturbing feeling of dread filled his body. He could feel his hand form into a fist, his heart drummed within his ears, beads of sweat forming upon his brow.
"First, we had the filth monsters."
He removed his glasses and rubbed the sleep from his eyes.
"Now," He placed his glasses back upon his face as he continued, "We have another enemy that threatens to bring us to extinction." As the figure sat alone in his chair, his eyes never leaving the monolith, the sound of knocking behind him snapped him from his daze.
"Come in."
Once he heard the sound of a door opening, he spun back around in his seat and placed his elbows upon his desk. His gaze focused on a familiar silver-haired girl that appeared from behind a pair of double doors. As he greeted the figure, "Hello, sis." The girl looked up at him with an expressionless face, her silver eyes staring into his as she replied in a monotonous voice, "I had another vision." Immediately, the smile vanished from the figure's face, replaced by extreme seriousness.
"What did you see?"
The girl moved forward before walking around the desk and toward the large windows behind. The man followed her, his body swiveling within the chair, as he remained fixated upon the girl's following words.
"I saw death," The man's body tensed up as she continued, "I saw countless lives dying, reduced to black tar, reduced to nothingness." The man could see the girl's shoulders shake slightly, but before he could reach out to comfort his sister, the following words she spoke made him freeze.
"I also saw someone."
The man blinked before replying, "Who? Who did you see?"
Before she slowly turned back around, the girl was silent, her eyes shimmering for a brief moment.
"I saw a man...A man shrouded in light...and darkness."
