As of now, it's very difficult for mental illness patients to receive effective treatment!
Currently, treatment plans mainly focus on medication and psychological counseling.
If we forcefully attribute a new approach, it would be social therapy.
But frankly speaking, at this stage, social therapy is just a phrase and hard to implement!
However...
The more medication they take, the stronger the resistance becomes, and the less effective the drugs are.
In the later stages, they have to take large amounts of medication, yet the results are poor.
Patients with mental illness fundamentally differ from other patients.
Ordinary patients, even those with disabilities or terminal illnesses, usually receive sympathy from others.
However, patients with mental illness, even if physically healthy, often face discrimination from others.
Because their behavior is beyond comprehension, their mental world is beyond perception.
