"And where is Fast?"
"On Copper Island."

Jeska leaned on her cane, "Do you still want to ask more questions?"
"What you mean to say is," Mason organized his thoughts while processing the information, "soldiers sent to the Land of Spices aren't under the control of the Overseas Legion headquarters?"
"Even if they want to control, they'd need the ability to do so," Jeska snorted coldly but continued patiently, "The influence of the Overseas Legion is built on the interlinked bases of the Venetian fleet and Navy along the outer sea.
