After a few days, Bai Zhi had finished handing over her work and was officially out of the company.
Now that she'd quit, she had to go back to her hometown. She really hadn't been back to take a look for quite some time, and she also needed to talk about her and Duan Xingzhi.
But as for whether or not to bring Duan Xingzhi home, Bai Zhi was still torn.
However, Duan Xingzhi made the first move and went ahead and booked the tickets.
This time Bai Zhi had to bring him along whether she wanted to or not.
Before, when she went home, she only needed to take her own luggage. Now most of the stuff in the luggage was the little one's things, plus the gifts for her family—when you really pack it all up, even three suitcases aren't enough.
Then Duan Xingzhi thought it over and decided to refund the tickets and just drive back himself. That way everyone would be more comfortable.
